The fine dining dishes were beautifully presented, refined in taste, and truly elevated the entire dining experience.
There was also a delightful surprise birthday cake — creatively made with fried banana and fried apple, which made it even more special and memorable. The owner even warmly came over to greet us and personally shared the history of his restaurant, which made the experience feel even more special and heartfelt.

We had a wonderful time dining at Chin’s Cuisine. From the moment we arrived, the ambience was warm and inviting, beautifully enhanced by the exquisite antique décor that gives the restaurant such a distinctive and elegant charm. Every detail is thoughtfully curated, making the space feel truly special.
The service team was attentive, friendly, and professional. Dave, the owner, personally took the time to check on us and made sure we felt completely comfortable throughout our meal. His hospitality added a personal touch that made the experience even more memorable.
The highlight of our evening was the absolutely delicious crispy duck, also known as their famous “London Duck.” It was perfectly done—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and rich in flavour. The Emperor Cake was another standout, soft, fragrant, and the perfect way to end our meal.
Every dish was thoughtfully presented, showcasing quality ingredients and excellent culinary skill. Combined with the warm hospitality and beautiful ambience, our visit was truly exceptional.

Amazing food with pretty bold flavours. The crispy duck and fresh water fish were the standouts for us. Duck skin was crisp and the meat tender unlike the dry meat I have gotten in some other restaurants. The freshwater fish was heavenly, very clean in taste and naturally sweet. Overall, this place delivers comfort and craft in equal measures. They know what they are doing. Highly recommended!

I used to visit once many years ago when they’re at their old spot & decided to revisit after they reopened at this new place. Once u walk in, u will be welcomed by their service staff, who will bring u to your table. I loved the atmosphere, fine & classy. Though it’s 90% packed but it’s not too noisy. The food didn’t disappoint me. 1st time n now I’m still impressed with the taste & flavours. Everything is cooked to perfection. If you want to eat really good, you should definitely go to Chin’s. The dishes have so much flavor and are also fresh. The restaurant is decorated with blossom trees, which gives a nice atmosphere. The staff is nice and also helps with recommendations. My favorite at Chin’s was the duck and the chopped nut cocktail.

Chin’s Cuisine is highly recommended! It is a very beautiful restaurant to eat in, with the pink blossoms and the beautiful decorations. I haven’t even mentioned the food yet, which was the best in the restaurant. There is a lot of variety in the food and it is prepared in a good way, so that the flavors can be tasted really well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and I hope you can have the same experience as me!

Tonight I went to Chin’s Cuisine recommended by the Easton Oriental Hotel and had a wonderful dining experience. As soon as we walked into the restaurant, the ambiance and impressive tableware caught our attention. We chose the set menu and as each dish arrived we were blown away by the delightful blend of flavors and artistic presentation.
If I could, I would award them 3 Michelin stars for our exceptional dining experience. What made the evening even more special was meeting the gracious hosts. We had a fun conversation about how he got into the restaurant business, creating the menu, and sourcing these incredible plates from Shanghai. It’s a shame he doesn’t sell them anymore; I’m so enamored with their beauty.
