10/10 would recommend. The food was great, you can tell it’s made with love. I’ll definitely go back again. First time but won’t be my last time. You can’t go wrong with a rack of ribs and Mac n cheese and the potatoes oof DELICIOUS. They’re really nice and friendly too, great service great food a must try if you haven’t had their food before. Only photo I have since we ate everything up.

Ok, the pulled pork nachos are loaded! And REALLY GOOD. My food was ready in about 5 minutes. They have different sauce, ranging from sweet to spicy. Pickled onions, jalapeños are optional. Good good good!

Tried the Crowded Potato at Chin’s BBQ and it blew me away! It comes piled high with mac and cheese, tender brisket, cheese, sour cream, and your choice of BBQ sauce (I went with the spicy—it was perfect). The portion is huge—easily enough for two—but it was so good I finished it myself.
The brisket was flavorful and fall-apart tender. The mac and cheese was creamy and cooked just right—not overpowering, but a perfect complement to the dish. I did find it needed a bit more sauce near the bottom, and the owner happily brought me more with no hesitation. Super friendly and accommodating!
The owners have recently relocated, so they could really use the support. Trust me—this place needs to stay on the map. Great food, great people. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Amazing ribs! I’ve been here twice in the past couple weeks and the ribs are just SO GOOD! They’re thick, meaty, juicy (not dry at all), and in my opinion just the right balance of smoke and sweet/tangy BBQ sauce. I prefer their “Competition Style” ribs (slathered in sweet BBQ sauce) over the “Texas Style” (salt & pepper dry rub), but both are still meaty and juicy. I haven’t tried the brisket or other options yet, mostly because I’m too hooked on the ribs. (FYI, they only have ribs available on Fri, Sat, Sun). I also really like their coleslaw. I live in Beaverton and it’s not easy to find good BBQ nearby. This whole food cart pod is one of the best I’ve seen in the Portland Metro area, with fairly easy parking, an amazing selection of cuisines to choose from, and a large indoor seating area to eat if the weather isn’t good for outdoor seating. The drive to Hillsboro for these ribs is totally worth it to me, and I will be back often.

I was meeting someone near these food carts and Chins bbq caught my attention and i thought “This actually looks like a food cart that knows food”, since i already already ate that day, I went back the next day. Service was alright and food came out quick enough, but I was very disappointed in the quality for 55 dollars. Microwave 2 dollar meals taste better. Beans are usually like in water and flavored, these beans were like in a weird paste. Also they somehow messed up corn? I dont know how, but they did. Ribs were alright, but just mid tier, just the quality you could get anywhere else.
This looks like a solid place, they just need to figure out some better quality. Waste of 55 dollars.

Good fresh food!!! The ribs are to die for! The Mac and cheese is cooked perfectly! My husband wishes he could eat there everyday the owners are a dynamic duo! You can’t walk past their truck without getting something because it smells so good! You’ve been warned! I definitely can’t wait to get more yummy food from them! Check them out!

We went to this food cart and got the Pulled Pork Barrel sandwich and it was the BEST pulled pork that we have ever had, and I mean EVER!! Can’t say enough about the folks and their culinary skills other than if you go and try their food you will NOT be disappointed!
