Hands down the best Chinese food in Franklin, and that includes p.f Chang’s. If you consider that Chinese. These people deliver exactly what you expect. No surprises in the dishes at a family-run atmosphere. I live on the other side of town and make the drive to do takeout. Even got a speeding ticket on Mac Hatcher one night trying to get it home..

The General Tso’s chicken with rice and egg roll was excellent! Better than average Chinese food. The establishment was nice but could change out the plastic cups for glass ones for a higher end feel. Everyone was friendly and the service quick. The lunch price was very reasonable at $12.

I visited this location with one other person for lunch. The place was not very busy and there was plenty of seating.
They offered lunch specials for $12.00, which was nice. I got the Hunan Chicken and Shrimp, which also came with 1 egg roll and white/fried rice. The food was quite excellent for the price and was definitely better than your average Chinese food.
Service was very fast (to be expected, since it wasn’t busy), and the servers were very attentive to the table. They were also very kind and friendly.
The only real issue was the atmosphere. It felt like there was a little bit of a disconnect between the quality of the food and the rest of the restaurant. The cups were cheap plastic blue cups, and the silverware seemed cheap too. Some of the furnishings seemed dated as well, though I actually did like the wallpaper. It seems like a minor thing, but I think updating these items would really elevate the experience that much more.
Overall, a nice place to get better than average Chinese food in Westhaven.

Only 3 stars because not many food options if you are gluten free. All of my favorite foods are fried which has gluten in it for some reason. Other than that it was a nice Chinese restaurant. The wine list was very impressive as well. Great place to visit.

The place is really worn down and the booths were all scratched up and the backing on them was torn and scratched. They only had a curtain separating the kitchen and the place just didn’t seem very clean. The food was overcooked. The cashew chicken was burnt and the egg drop soup was almost an orange color and tasted awful. The sweet and sour chicken was way over fried. We ended up throwing everything away and having cereal. Definitely a waste of $50

We were in the area shopping and decided to grab a bite. It’s been 6 years since we’ve had any “Chinese” food (as opposed to Thai) and Ching did not disappoint. So fresh and perfectly cooked. I had Kung Pai Shrimp and hubby had the 5 flavor pork. Both so delicious. We will be back when in the area.

Came here for a quick take out lunch. Food was prepared promptly. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and the chicken portion was plentiful. Flavor was good and I was happy with the experience. I ordered mine without rice to be keto-ish.
