The worst Chinese food I have ever had in my life. Sesame seed chicken was soggy, fried rice was terrible. I will never order from here again.

Delivery was 30 mins late. Fried dumplings were like fried dough balls from a state fair, egg rolls were burned. Food was soggy and wonton soup only had one single soggy dumpling in it. Cream cheese in the crab ragoons was still cold (fridge temps) when our food arrived. Food was bland and absolutely disgusting. Highly disappointed and will not order again.

My first time at Chinese Valley, I went for dinner. The food at Chinese Valley was delicious . I have no complaints on food, the portions they serve are big, prices are fair. I do however agree with some of reviews regarding the service. Our waitress was nice, however she disappeared after serving our food. We couldn’t find her after she gave us our meal. I shouldn’t have to be the one getting up to get my own to go box. A smile from the staff wouldn’t hurt either. Train your employees on providing better customer service, and this restaurant would be up there in 4 to 5 star status. I do recommend to try Chinese Valley food.

Do not waste any time and money here. I made the mistake of not looking at the review first. Food had almost no protein, super water over cooked and soggy food.

Used to come here at least once a week. I will never come here again. They have increased prices and they used to give me soup with my to go order. Was told that I have to dine in now for the soup. Place wasn’t busy. Once my order came out, it sat on the counter for five minutes before anyone recognized it (the lady who took my order wasn’t paying attention because she was sitting down looking at her phone). Second time in a row that service was bad and slow.

Ordered on a Sat and approximately 14:44 was told to expect my delivery in 30-40 minutes… received order around 15:50.
Ordered: 2 dishes from Lunch “Special” Menu (Broccoli Beef, and General Tao’s Chicken). And 2 Egg Fu Yung (1 Beef, and 1 Vegetable)
Quality: Egg rolls were over done, General Tso’s Chicken (GTC) was SWEET. The batter was thin; not crunchy, and the sauce was more like Sweet & Sour with crushed red pepper flakes sprinkled on it. Reminded me of Walmart frozen isle GTC or Tyson tempura battered chicken nuggets with Sweet & Sour sauce… Zero heat!

For those not in the know, GTC is suppose to be double fried for Crispiness… The sauce is suppose to be Tangy and Spicy, with a hint of sweet. This was everything but….

A vegetarian’s paradise! If you’re craving kung pao chicken or Szechuan beef but want to keep the meats off the plate, this is the place for you! The best part? You can order those meaty platters without a single judgmental eyebrow raised from your vegan friends, no meat at all.

Now, the salt and pepper chicken wings are legit. It’s hard to swap those out for veggies. I was ready to give this place one star, but those wings strutted in and took my rating from a sad solo to a fabulous duo. So here’s to you, wings! You’ve single-wingedly saved the day!
