The flavor is Rich and fresh. All of the vegetables are nicely cooked. Perfect for 2 people. Comparable to the ones in Flushing’s! Beef meat could have better. it tastes like the beef in “beef with broccoli” in take out dishes (sweet flavor). It is still good

Menu is as of 10/31/2024.
The Dry pot (malaxiangguo) comes with 2 bowls of rice.
Located inside the Supermarket Ranch 99, it is one of many food stalls inside. They have seating food court style.

Very delicious Chinese fish dishes. Decent prices. Small about 13 and large around 23. Comes with rice and a can of soda. The mala spicy fish is spicy even mild! A tad salty but still very good compared to other places located in flushing. Perfect for lunch meal.

This is the first of the 99 Ranch Market food court restaurants to open, other than the original Hot Deli. I tried the Classic Korean Kimchi Fish, and it was amazing. I’ve been telling all my coworkers about it since I devoured it for lunch. The spiciness was just right, and the fish was super fresh and tender. The kimchi gave it a nice sourness. All in all, a great dish. It came with a side of rice, which made for a perfect combo. I can’t wait to go back and try the other menu options.

Affordable pickled fish is a great choice. I often come here for lunch when I go to school in Nassau. The dumplings are also very delicious; I recommend trying them.

The food is delicious,
but the price is not clearly marked.
There is a price on the front desk board ($21.95 cash/$22.83 credit card),
but the actual receipt shows that the cash is $23.84 and the credit card is $24.79,
which is about $2 more than the original.
The front desk said that it is the credit card fee and sale tax,
but I think it is unreasonable that since it is already marked on the board,
you should charge the amount on it instead of adding other fees.

After shopping, just running in for a quick food; ordered “malatang” or hot-pot (spicy)soup – the price is high for a food court, but that’s OK if they put enough stuff into the soup. That is not the case here and asked them not to make it too spicy – well they don’t care – I think they only make one flavor. Will not buy from the food stall ever again.

*Be Warned if Allergic, Pesca/Vegetarian: they included meat in a non-meat dish by mistake*
Nice, authentic food with rich sauces and a huge variety of ingredients…. However, they included sausage in my prawn hot pot. I didn’t notice with all the other food in there until eating the leftovers the next day, but with better lighting there was clearly sausage in there, not just tofu. I double-checked my receipt the next day and sausage is not listed as one of the ingredients I checked.
Please don’t assume people check-off every choice, and read.

Sauerkraut chinese fish. This cuisine is generally for fresh of the boat Chinese people. But over the last few years, it has steadily gained popularity amongst non Chinese and even non Asians. I can’t even explain what the taste is like aside from it being maybe lemongrass and spicy at the same time. The bowl is filled with random veggies, spices, and, of course, your choice of fish or even duck blood. This spot is located inside the food court of 99 Ranch Market. The prices are reasonable ($12.95), and the employees are nice. They also serve Malatang. Those that don’t know, look it up. When you pay with cash, you get a free drink (yellow colored fruit tea)
