I went the other day, and while I was eating, I found a fly in my food under the orange chicken. I asked the cashier for a refund, but they said I couldn’t get one because the manager wasn’t there. Instead, they gave me a different dish and only offered me two options, which I didn’t like or want. I had already lost my appetite. On top of that, the fly was clearly in the orange chicken, and they didn’t throw it away—they kept serving the orange chicken to other people.

This place does not open at 10am if you’re wanting food. Don’t go before noon. I went, waited around for an hour like they said if be till my food was finished. Went back at the appropriate time, and was told it’d be another 40 minutes. I was entirely unimpressed and extremely disappointed. The food is great, which is why I was willing to wait, but not for 2 hours when your website says 10am.

I’ve been coming here since high school, the food used to be alright but lately it seems like they cannot wash their vegetables right without it tasting like molding dish water. This is now the third Tim to be honest in 2 months but still should be no excuse. Complete menu change (sanitation wise). The ladies up front work well but the cooks, they are slow, and obviously don’t clean the food correctly for preparations.

What food? What service? They open at 10am. At 10:05am I ask if they are open even though I knew they were open. The lady said “yes, we are just waiting for the food”. She said 15 more minutes. I left. Why would you open at 10am but not have food ready for another 20 minutes. Do better. Be ready. Or lose customers. Thumbs way down. It’s laughable. Yall open at 10 with no food ready. Lmao. Lady wouldn’t hand me the soda, she instead put it ON THE soda machine & told me to get it there. She barely scooped mushroom chicken into plate so I asked for a little more & said no she can’t. It was rediculous. Noodles were cold, salty and old. She laughed when I asked for more soy sauce and said you don’t get more than 2. Woman was so rude I will never go back.

Grew up eating here whenever we went to the mall. Decent food with no real complaints. The chow mein is thicker than you might get at other restaurants but I kind of like it that way. It makes things a bit unique. The biggest downside is that it’s in the mall, losing to the convenience of fast food, or the service of a nicer restaurant.

I too thought this was the best orange chicken until may 6th, a few weeks ago. I went with my uncle and the food was extremely bland, and the noodles and rice tasted different like it wasnt cooked all the way. Not sure if the restaurant is under new ownership or not.
