I love this restaurant; the staff here are very friendly. I’m amazed by the waitress; she has an outstanding memory and remembers what I ordered the last time I came in, making it so easy to place my order. The prices here are very reasonable. If you want great food and great service, I would highly recommend ‘The Chinese Garden’ in Montebello!

This place is a family favorite going back 3 generations. So my family has been going here for decades. They have not changed the great quality of their food and recipes since then and our whole family appreciates it. They may have updated the restaurant and may have passed it down over the years but they have kept their continuity. I can’t wait to have this for my birthday dinner tomorrow evening.

Food is great, that’s the best part. The outside is very unassuming while the inside somewhat looks like a ’50s diner. If Gordon Ramsay came into this place, he would surely tell them to consolidate their menus. It’s a bit strange to browse through three different menus and also be looking at all the items posted on the wall.
The menu madness aside, I definitely recommend this place and will be returning as the servers are very friendly too.
