This used to be my favorite place and the only restaurant where I could enjoy truly authentic Korean-style tangsuyuk. Unfortunately, recently the pork has been sliced extremely thin while the batter has become very thick, which was a huge disappointment. Please please consider going back to the original recipe that made this dish so special.

I come back to town every once in a while since I moved but always try to stop by here when I’m back. Been coming here since I was in high school and it’s still the same. The food is still great! I always get the seafood black bean noodles and it was still delicious when I came back, I also have the crab puffs a try and it was also delicious! Our waitress was super nice and attentive considering she was the only one in the front. Overall, would definitely recommend if you haven’t given it a try yet! 🙂

This is by far the best Chinese food in Portland. My girlfriend’s family (who are Chinese) adores this place. We come here at least twice a month and are known by name.
Our favorite dishes are the Sweet and Sour Pork, Salt & Pepper Fish, and Happy Family, but you can’t go wrong with most things on the menu.

Nice small Chinese restaurant. Standard menu like most places.
They provided courtesy Kim Chee to cleanse my palette.
I ordered the salt and pepper fish, and it was amazing. It was a nice mix of onions and. jalapenos.

05/09/18: 4.5 out of 5 – Tonight after my Wednesday run with my group, we decided to try Chinese Delicacy. I haven’t been to Chinese Delicacy since it was sold to the current owner. So it’s been over 5 years….maybe more.
Surprisingly, the food hasn’t changed. The portions were very good, very tasty, and priced inexpensively. Everything looked amazing!
The table service was great. The staff and owner were great about explaining what is tasty and what goes well with what.
Chinese Delicacy is worth trying once, and deciding for yourself. They also do take-out orders, as well.

Do not go to this place I ordered two family meals which turned out to be one container of orange chicken that wasn’t in the bag turned out to be a a tiny sauce container of “orange chicken sauce” tasted like artificial orange sauce and one tiny container of chow mein that tastes the same as panda expresses can go there for cheaper and taste better One lean cuisine size, beef, and broccoli didn’t get my fried rice got one tiny container of white rice and with two family meal orders you only get two Pieces of shrimp and two tiny pieces of bbq which was the size of my picky so that is one piece of shrimp and one piece of bbq pork per family meal and didn’t get my spring rolls paid 75 dollars even tipped the staff 12 dollars for 2 family meals that wasn’t enough to feed my family is crazy an just disrespectful thought I was going to get a nice family meal turned out to be a one person meal. Insane

Please ignore the Negative Nancy’s in this reviews section… I am SO GLAD we did, and I am blown away by this place, 5 out of 5 stars!!!! From the friendliness of the staff, the prompt service, the flavor and portion sizes, the prices!!! EVERYTHING. I have been to Korea 5x and the TangSuYuk (deep fried pork w/ sauce) is possibly the best I’ve had EVER. Their Sezchuan Chicken isn’t superbly spicy as we were expecting, but it came CHOCK FULL of veggies (as opposed to the Kung Pao which is just peanuts and chicken). Also, the black noodles (JaJangMyeon) are ALSO very authentic to Korea. We will be back, and we will tell all our friends about this gem. Wonderful!!!!!!!

typical of what you’d expect for the restaurant but the food was definitely not what I’d hoped for. I got the kung pao chicken, expected something spicy. Very bland and unappetizing, I didn’t ask for any modifications so this is how they normally prepare it.
I would not eat here again, Panda Express has more flavor and is cheaper
