Pick up our food. Now granted I was a few minutes late. The crab Rangoon had hardly any filling on it. The pork eggroll had more oil in it on my diesel. Pick up the happy family was flavor. List at Best ended up throwing it out. Staff was nice however I don’t appreciate when it’s a pick up order being forced to pay a tip. Especially when your interior restaurant is not user friendly . will not return.

Governor’s Chicken was nothing but overcooked dry breaded pieces of chicken and some fairly bland sauce. No onions, pepper pods, broccoli… nothing. I asked for it extra hot, but is the least spicy version I’ve ever had. The hot and sour soup seemed quite fresh, but was not either hot nor sour. Very disappointing meal.

Food wasn’t awesome. I am writing this as I am up not feeling well. The man taking the order was making jokes about me buying for my wife, with some inappropriate comments. I can’t see our family going back there anytime soon.

I called in my order and when my husband picked it up he noticed a few things were not right.
1. The crab Rangoon didn’t have any filling inside
2. The general chicken only had sauce but no veggies
3. The sweet n sour chicken only had chicken and no fruit or veggies in it.
My husband asked the clerk about the Rangoon and she said that happens when it gets too hot but did not offer any compensation.

Sesame chicken hard as rubber. Crab Rangoon was empty shells. No filling whatsoever in 16 of them.
Will definitely not do business here again.

The food wasnt great, which it’s Chinese food in Wisconsin… What would you expect? But the guy taking the order was extremely rude and condescending. He kept making remarks and calling my boyfriend a gold digger because I was paying for our lunch. I had just finished up with a high risk prenatal appointment, was pretty emotional and then got to deal with this for lunch. I’ve honestly never felt so uncomfortable ordering food in my life. Aside from the extremely horrible customer service, the restraunt was very dirty, with dirty fly swatters stewn through out and all over the counters.
My order of lomein was as expected, but the spicy food was far from spicy and the crab ragoons were extremely poorly made. I definitely won’t ever be back!
