I’ve been going here for years, this is the first time I had something that was not good. I asked to bring it back in exchange, no exchange, no refund. Do not get their Bourbon Chicken, It’s way to salty! There is a sign on the counter that says “Try Our New Bourbon Chicken” my advice is don’t try it! Your tongue will burn and your head will hurt. You lost a good standing customer.

Let me be very clear: nothing about this experience was okay. Not one part.
I tried placing an over-the-phone order, and the woman who answered was immediately rude for absolutely no reason. She kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain my order, talking over me, and then hung up on me mid-sentence. She didn’t try to clarify, didn’t ask me to repeat anything, didn’t apologize — she just disconnected the call like I wasn’t even worth speaking to.
Then she told me to “come in” so we could finish the order.
So I did — and honestly, that made the situation even worse.
The way she treated me in person was completely unacceptable. She was rude, dismissive, and acted irritated the entire time, even though she is the one who told me to come in. Every time I tried to speak, she cut me off. She wasn’t listening, wasn’t trying to understand, and wasn’t providing even the bare minimum of customer service.
And the moment that really pushed it over the edge: while I was literally explaining my order to her FACE-TO-FACE, she stopped me mid-sentence and answered someone else’s phone call. No “excuse me,” no pause, no acknowledgment — she just turned away like my time didn’t matter at all.
There was nothing about this experience that was respectful, professional, or acceptable. I left feeling disrespected, ignored, and completely fed up.
If this is how they treat paying customers, I will not be returning. Ever.
This specific China Wok needs to seriously work on their customer service, because this was absolutely out of line.
The girl that be in front ruins the customer experience she’s always rude over the phone and impatient in person! Like I was trying to understand what she was saying the same way she was trying to understand what I was saying she to take a class or something it’s concerning and isn’t cute for her age.

The food is consistently good. You get a very generous portion. Food is always hot and fresh. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I have tried nearly half the menu over the years with no disappointments. I have had delivery as well as pickup with no complaints or differences in product.

Been coming here for years and in the beginning food was really good and seasoned/spicy. As of recently though the food is definitely not the same.I ordered basic garlic chicken and shrimp fried rice and it was not to my liking. The chicken didn’t even feel or taste like chicken it was very soft and mushy and overall bland. The rice as well was very bland and could’ve been seasoned better and have a couple of more shrimp.Veggies and egg rolls were ok but I’m sad that things seems to have changed. The staff are very nice people and nothing is wrong with them I just hope for things to get better in the future.

Pull up to the slightly ducked off restaurant it was completely unoccupied. (Which could leave one sketch) kids studying in the front area. One gets up takes order..as a teenager he doesn’t seem interested lol…not mad at that. The inside gave off old-fashioned stuffy small corner store vibe. STR8 TO THE POINT its simple …your basic Chinese takeout. It was FRESH. HOT. YUMMY. HAD GREAT PORTIONS.

Fast ordering and the food was top notch. I had combo rice, Triple Dragon seafood dish, General Tso chicken, cho chos, and shrimp egg rolls. All of the food was delivered fresh and still very hot. Great place for delivery. I didn’t eat at restaurant so I’m not sure about atmosphere there.

Great takeout Chinese food and friendly service, has a table for dine in. We REALLY LIKE their food! I believe that it’s all very good, we haven’t tried a lot of the choices.
