When I walked in, I was not acknowledged at all. I stood at the counter waiting while the cashier avoided eye contact until I greeted her first. Only then did she respond, and even that felt reluctant. A few minutes later, I watched her warmly thank another customer, smiling and handing them a fortune cookie. After my order, I asked if I could also have one and was told in a very dismissive tone, “It’s in the bag.”
It wasn’t.
In fact, for a $65 order, the bag contained no fortune cookie, no utensils, no napkins, and no condiments. I wasn’t upset about the cookie itself — it was the clear difference in treatment and the attitude that came with it. I left feeling unwelcome and honestly hurt by how cold and dismissive the interaction was.
Food service is about more than handing over a bag. Basic courtesy matters. Customers shouldn’t feel ignored or like an inconvenience for spending their money.
If you’re in the Frisco area, consider going somewhere that values your business and treats you with simple respect. Today I paid for a meal, but what I really walked away with was disappointment.
I received a flyer from this place and decided to try it out. I ordered from the lunch special and I must say I was extremely pleased! I wasn’t expecting so much for only $8.75! Wow! Not only that, the food was delicious. I chose a hot & sour soup with my lunch special instead of a soda. The soup was really good! I’ll definitely be going again.
Aside from that….I can not get over the cook snorting up loogies, sneezing, coughing it the fact that one of them went outside to smoke, then returned to cook without washing his hands. The food itself was delicious and hot. I wouldn’t say it’s fresh as there’s literally a pile of egg rolls and chicken that has been pre-fried next to the register where the customer can see. I would return
