BEST CHINESE FOOD IN THE AREA!! My wife and I love this place.. she’s a huge fan of their crab rangoon. I like that the owner is actually involved and is always there, taking orders, answering the phones, whatever needs to be done. Never had a bad experience here… when we eat Chinese, we eat at the china wok, 5 stars, 2 thumbs up!

The weather has changed my plans today. I went in search of a coffee house and a sandwich but was lured away by this really nice looking China Wok restaurant.
I’ve beat the lunch rush (or just missed it more likely) and the place has only a few couples inside. But the Wok is clean and cool and the waiter seems in a good mood 😉
I ordered the combo mix veggies and rice with a side clip of sour soup. The soup was great! The veggies mix plate was hot and surprisingly very fresh. I don’t get easily impressed by veggies as most restaurants (more in St. Louis and Han out here in Pacific) throw frozen substitutions in. No – this was extremely pleasantly o chew – nice and crisp – but temp hot!
I give this place 5 of 5 stars for the chill atmosphere, very attentive waiter, and the impressive food. Keep up the good work China Wok. I’ll bring the kids next time I’m in the area.

The food was ok to good for this area. A staff mamber behind the counter was loudly and aggressively talking on the phone chowing down on a bag of potato chips in addition arguing with another staff member almost the entire time we were there. Go there if you want to get chastised and make your family feel very uncomfortable at a high price. 63$ for 2 adults and 2 young children (kids split an order). Order carry out if you are completely set on the food.

My favorite Chinese place of all time… I come down to St Louis with my boyfriend just to go here. Their egg drop soup is phenomenal and all their food is at a fair price. The owner is so sweet and brings us cookies every time we visit. Sometimes we even go home with extra soup!!!! This is the best place I’ve ever been to!!! Never stop China Wok!!

The service was quick, but the napkin my utensils came in was dirty, and the food was quite bland. There are so many excellent Chinese restaurants in the St. Louis area that one need never come here. Further, the food was priced quite high (almost $40 for two meals with sodas, no appetizers). Neither my wife nor I had the stomach to finish our meals. Not recommended.

We have been customers at China Wok for years. We had dinner in the restaurant this evening (we usually get takeout only) and it was very good! Service was good and the staff were friendly to my crazy kids who only wanted to stand on the chairs and look at the fish! The owner even gave us a free to-go hot sour soup, which was an extremely kind and memorable gesture! Definitely recommend this local Eureka favorite restaurant!
