We probably order here 2-3 times a month. The pork fried rice is my favorite. But honestly everything we have ever ordered was good. Prices are good and portion sizes are big. The combo plates are enough food I can eat dinner and have leftovers for lunch. When im sick my husband goes and gets me the egg drop soup and I swear that helps me feel better within a day

I got my order yesterday 04/26/22, and it was not right. I called and informed them what was wrong and she asked that I bring the food back today 04/27/22 because I told her I couldn’t bring it back yesterday.
I thought they would just make the order correct, but she gave me a full refund. Whoooowa
I have to say the broccoli with brown sauce I bought yesterday was awesome. I can not say anything negative about Chia Wok on Austin Peay because I’m sure they don’t usually give refunds. But she did for me… GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will order again soon…

This place used to be great! I am not sure if I just had a bad visit or if the place has changed, but the rice was made differently. It was so hard and it seemed like they reheated an old order. I used to love the long strings of onions in the rice but this time there was none and it was just bad and different in a bad way. Now I’m scared to go back.

OMG just got a luncheon special cashew chicken, absolutely HORRIBLE!! Just a bowl of rice and plenty carrots and celery, no taste AT ALL and the few chicken pieces were so slimy!! I did see a few cashews butnthey were limp and slimy, as well! I threw the entire bowl away!! I really deserve my money back behind this bowl of garbage!! Not again!

I’m shocked that this place is still open! The food is flavorful, but the flavor is nasty. Fried foods are soggy and was like eating a wet sponge. The food there is absolutely not fresh, Nether is the urine that is on the floor in the men’s bathroom. I almost threw up. Avoid this place like the plague!

Very disappointed, this is why I don’t try new Chinese food restaurants. The General Tso chicken looked liked they just threw something together. The house rice had hair in it. The reviews said don’t go at night, and we went around 7pm Saturday night. BIG MISTAKE, it took them 10 minutes to prepare the food and now I know why. I called to get a refund, they told me to bring the food and they would give us our money back. TERRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE
