They changed their egg rolls and lo mein. Middle TN doesn’t have great Chinese food but this place has been pretty good for the last 10 years. Not anymore. It’s more expensive but the chicken is barely there in the General S chicken. The noodles they use now are tough and dry and too frickin long. The egg rolls used to be the best thing but now they are mushy crap. I paid $33 after tip for this. Nice while it lasted I guess

Walked in after a long day of work paying $50 for my food and was shocked by a burning fire smell. Usually little tucked away Chinese places are delicious so I still wanted to try it. I got home, pulled out my food – only to find soggy wet sweet and sour chicken. & lo mein with black burnt bits in it. Since I am a reasonable person, and could see this was a bit of a rush hour- I was willing to give them a chance to resolve it.
I called and spoke with the nice woman at the register. She said wait let me get you with my manager. The manager said you can bring the food back, let us inspect it, and we will remake it for you if it is true. I started getting ready to drive 20 mins back to the restaurant. THEN I receive a phone call from a man. He said since I didn’t order the sweet and sour chicken crispy- the female manager said they would not remake the food for me. So no this place is not Quality or reputable. Would not recommend to my worst enemy! Shame on them for charging for trash then not being true to their word. A person whose word cannot be trusted is down in the lowest levels of humanity there is. Especially a business! Do not give these people your money. Ive had way better, for cheaper with kind caring genuine true service. See photos for proof and soft wet seeet and sour chicken…. Black cripsy nasty bits in the lo mein.

I ordered 3 chicken lo meins, and 2 of them had literally like 2 pieces of chicken in them!!!! I might as well should’ve ordered just lo mein with out the chicken because I’m sure it would’ve been cheaper! Also, those noodles look like fettuccine noodles and not lo mein, plus they were so dry and simple!! I won’t be coming back that’s for sure!!!!!

Affordably priced, with fast delivery service. Arrived sooner than estimated. I ordered the house special lo mein with pork fried rice. The driver did forget my drink, BUT he apologized and went right back to the store to get me one, no hesitation nor questions asked. The food is delicious!
