Everything was good except for the receptionist could have been a lot nicer. The tone of her voice her body language doesn’t make you feel welcome. No Greetings at all. Doesn’t seem like she likes her job and customers ( Not Customer Friendly).

I’ve been going to China Walk for years and ALWAYS order the same thing — barbecue chicken wings with a side like lo mein or fried rice. That’s literally the only thing I ever get. Today I placed my usual order, and it was done surprisingly fast. When I got home — after a 25-minute drive — I opened the food and found plain chicken wings instead.
I called immediately, calmly explaining the situation and that I had just left the restaurant. The place was practically empty when I ordered, so it wasn’t a busy rush situation. Instead of helping me or offering any kind of resolution — like allowing me to come back to swap it out or even adjust the order the next day — the woman on the phone argued with me and insisted that I asked for plain wings. I know what I ordered. If I wanted plain wings, I wouldn’t be calling.
Meanwhile, someone in the background (her husband maybe?) was yelling in another language, which made the entire interaction feel even more unprofessional. Rather than apologizing for the mistake, they acted like the error was my fault.
Poor customer service and absolutely no accountability. They lost a loyal customer today.

China Wok is what your expect from your local, family owned, Chinese takeout. Out of all the spots in town, this one’s my favorite. The fried rice is good, never soggy or bland. The egg rolls are also always fresh and crispy.
Like any takeout spots, they do certain dishes better than others. My top recommendations are the sesame seed chicken, their lo-mein(I prefer the beef), the bone-in ribs, and the crab rangoon.

I order here at least twice a month or once a week when I’m off from work and the food is always good. I got this fortune in one of my cookies in December and although I know they are machine generated and there’s probably thousands of the same one, I got the news that I get to see my family this month in my country that I left 12 yrs ago. I kept it in my phone case for weeks.

Update: we ordered again. Same food but also for Orange chicken, beef and broccoli. The food this time was not as good as the last. It didn’t taste fresh and maybe like they made it earlier in the day. Also, this time the food tasted bland. Will update my 5 star to a 3 since it is not consistently good.
We ordered shrimp egg foo young, shrimp fried rice, shrimp lo mein, spare ribs and crab Rangoon. Let me tell you, this is the best Chinese I have had in a very long time. It’s hard to find a good Chinese food place in Orlando/Kissimmee/St. Cloud. But we came across this one and are not going back. It’s reminds me of the Chinese back in Chicago which is my egg foo young standards. The crab Rangoon was so good and fresh, they are not selfish with the shrimp, and I love the egg foo young gravy. This is our new Chinese spot for sure !!!!

I don’t even know where to start. How about the fact that they gave our food away after we paid for it just because someone gave them a $100 cash? Then we had to wait another 30 minutes for the food the get remade and then for one of our orders to be wrong. The picture should’ve been chow mien but instead got cold watery jelly sauceless vegetables. I would give zero stars if I could. Not worth it.
