This was my first time ordering from here and the service and food was great, I placed my order via google. Within minutes they called to confirm my order and asked if I knew where they were located which I thought was nice. I’d definitely recommend them. It was giving NYC Chinese vibes which you can’t find.

First and foremost, the food looks good. It just has one problem. Taste like you got covid and lost your taste buds… Got this off of Uber eats. It was disgusting. There’s no taste, no salt, nothing. Honey garlic chicken tastes like garlic and water. The pepper steak is literally boiled soggy steak. Crab Rangoon is bland unless you pour all the sauce on one bite. Let’s not even talk about the rice…. nothing literally has flavor.

Ordered a jumbo fried rice, and it smelled like it was going bad. Called to let them know, and the lady apparently couldn’t find the order, but after a while, she found it. She refused to correct the issue and became a bit rude. Won’t be ordering from them again.

WORST FOOD DELIVERY SERVICE My delivery driver KENYON sat outside our residence refusing to answer the phone multiple times only to start an 8 minute timer (The eight minute timer basically means you have 8 minutes to respond before they drive away with food I PAID for.) then he finally come out of the car and was extremely RUDE food was also just ok. Noodles over cooked, no utensils or napkins, portions size too big or too small Never again. Oh did I mention I tipped ?

I always came to eat from this restaurant but today my chicken wings was salty and the rice was not cook properly. When I called the lady was very rude like my opinion didn’t matter because everyone eat their food as she stated not concerned with what I was say. When I explained yes I’m one of those people but today my food is salty. She still completely ignored me.

Stay away! This place is disgusting. God spared me. I went to pick up my order and I walked in and the guy in the kitchen was blowing his nose snot on his face, and then I thought he would go wash his hands, but he went into the fridge and started grabbing peoples food and drinks out, touching everything. Then he had the nerve to go back into the kitchen, grab another napkin and start coughing and spitting. He had no care that even a customer was standing there watching him in the kitchen. Disgusting. This place needs to be shut down. I am going to try to reach the health department about this. Nasty disgusting.

If I could of gave a zero I would they brought us stale food then tried to lie and say they couldn’t find the ticket then when they realize I wasn’t letting up they tried to say the spoiled food they delivered us is our fault because we had it sitting out too long when they delivered it to us less than an hour ago. Then the lady on the phone became disrespectful when I was very respectful throughout the entire phone call. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN… we spent almost $50 for food we now have to throw away because it was delivered spoiled
