The food was awesome however I was there during the tail end of this COVID mess and you have no choice but to pass through this tiny 4 by 4 entrance where you are stopped in a very high volume of shared traffic to either pay for or pick up your food if not also order. Everyone otherwise waits outside or in a chair in this 4 by 4 entrance way. And the whole restaurant is entirely blocked off including the bathrooms.
Most sensible places block off their register ordering counter with 6 feet of furniture & use a reaching basket or container to pass money and orders when possible…. This place is designed for no 1 else but managers & employees doing little for you if you are the general populace.

I’ve had Chinese restaurants in multiple states across the country, this is by far one of the worst places I’ve ever had. I truthfully would not recommend this to my enemies. Very little variety, filthy tables and silverware during a pandemic! Frozen egg rolls, unfresh food, and filthy windows. I’ve never seen a place sell actual store bought deserts before. They’re reselling Kroger bagged donuts. If it was possible to review a 0/5 I would. The only positive aspects of this place is the kind staff and the cheap price. Drive to Roanoke and spend your money in some place you won’t regret.

There aren’t too many restaurants in Clifton Forge to choose from and this is the only Chinese place I am aware of. My wife and I had lunch and chose the buffet. The choices on the buffet are excellent. The food tasted fine but the food is lukewarm, not hot as it should be. If we return, we will order off the menu instead to get a fresh, hot dish.

In DESPERATE need of an update!! VERY dingy & dirty! The owners have the front lobby/waiting area full of old furniture and toys and they bring their kids to work who are all throughout the restaurant while your food is cooking. And the food is NOTHING to write home about. My very least favorite Chinese place EVER!! Id rather drive to Roanoke or Lexington to spend my money.

Worst buffet ever. They only refill one or two things on the bar in an hour and most of it will be cold and old when you come in. Our waiter literally left while we was still there and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come out the back so we could pay..

Very small buffet place could be cleaner. Tables were sticky food was good but lukewarm. Kitchen staff were arguing and fighting within ear shot of customers.

Called a order in for takeout, picked it up. Received wrong order, called them back had to return wrong order and get correct food. They took wrong order back into kitchen during Covid pandemic. Will not eat there ever again.
