There’s really nothing special about this place. The place is just a typical Chinese carry out with a couple tables. The place was clean and the employees were just working.. no real expression.
As for the food, my review at this time is only on the pork fried rice. I’ve been to this place in the past but that was a couple years ago, and I can’t remember what I thought of whatever I got that time.
The pork fried rice is tasty, but it lacks any veggies and the rice was a bit hard. I also ended up paying a buck extra to have them make it was an egg. If I didn’t pay for the egg, the only things in this pork fried rice would have been onions and a bit of spring onions.
Personally, whenever I’ve ordered pork fried rice, unless it came as part of a combo meal, it’s almost always has peas and carrots, onions at a minimum. Most places also add bean sprouts.. years ago, most places also had an egg scrambled in it too. But since COVID, almost every place eliminated the egg.
Will I go back.. I will, but for something else to see what I think of it.

Me and my husband have ordered from this restaurant several times but we are not going back….if you pay with a card on an online order they have it ready when you get there…if you pay cash they make it when you get there but that’s not what the website says I showed up a few minutes past when it would be ready and she said a few minutes I watch her just start cooking my food this is the second time I have marked cash and they just won’t get it ready. They probably have had people not show up but thats not my problem and no one else does this. If your going to do that then change your website to say if you pay cash we will start making it when you get there not it will be ready (after a already 25 to 30 min promise time)…your food is not that good it’s bulk made and tastes old sometimes ESPECIALLY the crab cheese wontons ..I mean you can clearly see in the kitchen and your piles of food. You are not the only Chinese restaurant. Treat your customers better. Also look at the other review same thing over and over and they reply the same sorry excuse but never change.

Just started coming here and this is definitely are new go to place for Chinese food! Food is always fresh and hot, portion sizes are very large and prices are lower compared to other places in the area. The combo meals are enough to feed 2-3 people. So glad we found this place !

This place use to be the spot and it sucks to even write a review for it under these circumstance . The flavor and quality of the food has declined heavily while the price increases . The customer service has dropped. The people are nice, so I don’t want this to come off as they are rude because they are not to me . But multiple times now I showed up 20-30 minutes after placing a phone call order for pickup only for them not find my food order , or say someone else picked it up . Then wait there for them to cook it all over again and then they forget something still . If it happened one time no big deal but it’s become a habit . I think after going here for years it’s time to move on . That with the prices being higher and could order the same thing three times and it cost something different each time I think that’s the end of it.

The food was bland, not good at all for the price. the crab and cheese wonton barely had any filling. She forgot utensils came back informed the girl she says one sec picks up the phone takes a whole order over the phone then gave me the utensils. Good customer service is to take care the customer in front of you first before the phone rang. should have grabbed that first instead of making me wait when I asked before the phone ranged. I should have paid attention to the review rate

The food is DELICIOUS… However I have never been more disappointed in a businesses customer service. Every single time I call in an order I wait an extra 10-15 minutes longer than originally told. I watched someone walk in order and walk out before my food was ready. If this was the first time I would not be writing this but sadly it is not even my second experience like this. Last visit they never even received my order and I had to wait for them to make it, even though I had placed the order 40 minutes prior. Was told it was bc of they missed the phone call from an online order they never receive it. I always come in with my 2 young children and try hard to be patient but the patience is gone. I will no longer be returning which is honestly a shame because of how much I love the food.

First, the waiting area/dining room was FILTHY. The food took about 15 minutes longer than expected (which was only supposed to be a 25 minute wait). All the food was disappointing. The General Tso’s shrimp wasn’t spicy enough when “very spicy” was selected and the shrimp weren’t deveined very well, the crab cheese wontons were over-cooked and tough. The steamed dumplings weren’t anything special, and the cashew chicken didn’t have a single cashew at all. Not-a one! The chicken fried rice was just rice and chicken; no egg or vegetables at all. Lesson learned and we’ll never go again. Ever. Almost every other Chinese place in Elkton is better than this establishment.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Tried their shrimp rolls for the first time and they were disgusting . When I called the guy to tell him the inside of them was very mushy and soggy he said they are supposed to be. That’s false. I’ve never had mushy soggy shrimp rolls from other Chinese stores. He could have atleast offered me new ones or something. I’ll never be a customer ever again. I don’t like restaurants that don’t compensate the customer for horrible food.

The thing I was most impressed with was the portion sizes. I got the shrimp with rice. It literally fed me for 3 meals! The texture was perfect. Not chewy or tough like a, lot of fried dishes from other places. It was fresh, not overdone, and perfectly crunchy.
They also had a few vegetarian options which we appreciated as we had a family member visiting who isn’t a carnivore like the rest of my family. I was worried we wouldn’t be able to find anywhere he could eat something nutritious and filling. He not only found something, but it was so filling he could’ve even finish it all.
I will definitely be going back for our next take out night.
