Legit my favorite Chinese takeout in the area. The steamed dumplings are delicious – very thick, chewy dough and flavorful, gingery filling. I get those with the Singapore noodles, and it’s my favorite combo. Everything else is tasty, big portions, and well-prepared, and a great value compared to a lot of other places. Plus the later hours are nice!

The hot and sour soup was inedible, as was the shrimp toast. In the case of the soup, it was so gelatinous that it didn’t resemble any other rendition of hot and sour soup I have tried in over 50 years of dining experience. Still, I gave it a shot, and it was way too thick with a flavor, unlike hot and sour soup. “Odd,” is the only description I can provide other than “inedible.” As for the “shrimp toast,” it had the strong and recognizable odor of ammonia. This is not a pleasant experience when dining, and, as we all know, this is the tell-tale sign of spoiled seafood. So, the “shrimp toast” was a non-starter. Other items ordered were average at best.

Employee didn’t listen to my food allergies and had the vegetable I’m allergic to still in my meal. My husband’s food lacked flavor and meat was non existent only breading. The spring rolls and shrimp toast were both burnt. I always try to eat local but this will not become a regular spot.

There was hair & dirt in my food. The rice was super old I couldn’t eat it. I saw a rat & the health department needs to shut these people down. I asked for fresh chicken because the last time it was old as well so they fried half fresh & the other half was old. I can’t make this up.

Fighting some kinda bug and their hot and sour soup hit the spot!! I also got chicken and veggies with a light spice and it was yummy. I’ll be back!

One and done. Absolutely terrible. The fried rice was soggy. The meat was hard fried breading with almost no actual meat content. No flavor.

Ordered shrimp fried rice it had nothing but chopped onions,fried rice and 10 shrimp ( the fried rice you get when you order fried wings and rice add shrimp) no bean sprouts or anything else that is in traditional carryout shrimp fried rice…Ordered beef and brocolli it was white rice a bunch of brocolli and beef ,Ordered orange chicken w/white rice got home it had orange chicken fried rice and one piece of brocolli…i should have known better when i called and the guy that took my order said 5 to 10 min pickup…Paid nearly $30 to receive mediocre food …The food at China Wok (Eastport shopping center)used to be awesome incl the chicken but now the chicken is cooked upon opening then refried as people order so as the day goes on you’ll get overcooked dry chicken..Sad!!! Why rip people off when most off your customers are from the eastport terrace and harbour house community… I myself don’t live in the area so i am extremely dissatified to drive there and receive such poor quality of food as i never had an issue in the past…

While eating I could tell something harder than usual was in my mouth and when I spit it out there was a staple in my food.. Im so disgusted. I am at least thankful I spit it out before it could have caused a serious injury. This place needs to be investigated. I don’t understand how a staple would have been able to be mixed deep in the food.

We just had genuinely some of the worst food I’ve had from a take out Chinese place, and I’ve lived in 3 states and am not overly picky. Overpriced, underwhelmed, and I’ve had better better general tso’s from the freezer section. Strongly encourage you patron any of the other local Chinese places you can find. They all would beat this place, hands down.
