Ordered via grubhub: Driver made multiple stops between pickup and delivery, causing food to cool off quite a bit.
For the most part the food was really good.
The biggest issue was that the shrimp was not fresh and possibly borderline bad. It tasted and smelled extremely fishy. Shrimp should never taste or smell of fish.
The general tsos S1 meal was about 1/4 large Brocoli stalks used as filler. The hot and sour soup was good, but I didn’t care for the prep and some replacement ingredients. There was an entire stalk of un cut enoke mushrooms which was tough to eat. There were 2 tiny pieces of woodear mushrooms, not enough for flavor or texture. They used cheap bland button mushrooms instead of shitake. The tofu was diced very largely, instead of smaller bite size.
I liked that their food was spicy but not filled with crushed pepper and pepper seeds. Most Chinese places use that cheap alternative of the poorly crushed red pepper .
The fried dumplings were half burnt, fried only one side and they only filled the already small sauce container 1/3.
I wish their menu offered an option to increase the spice level. I wish they had more appetizers. They make you purchase the fortune cookies, which is kind of odd.
I saw many complaints of greasy food, but I personally did not have this experience.

You dont really go here to eat. You go to get food and go. Place DOES remind me of the Chinese places in Brooklyn,NY where I used to live. In the years of 2017to 2019, my ex and I used to come here and only here. I havent been there since. The food was AMAZING. I went recently this weekend, and it was terrible. My Vegetable Lo-Mein smelled and tasted like cigarettes. I couldnt eat it. The Crab Ragoon was not how it is made or look like in all the other restaurants. The cream and crab is white and it was triangles, flat and barely any crab/cream cheese. It was lioe a highlighter orange pink color it was weird. Im so disappointed cuz this place was a wonderful to go quick-ish place and the food fell from grace to me. Perhaps, its my fault for going late? But my food has NEVER smelled or tasted like cigarettes. Im sorry.

I ordered a plain wonton soup what I got was Sour broth and rotten wontons I took one Sip and almost threw up very disappointing and I looked through the reviews and found that I’m not the only one that had rotten food that was served to them.
