This is a small take out restaurant in Beverly, across from Henrys Market but don’t let the size of the place fool you. The food is fantastic. Been going here for years and they just keep getting better! Love this place. Closed on Tuesdays.

Great hidden gem of a take out! Very pleasantly surprised after randomly trying it out, I’ve gone back twice in 2 weeks. The food was delicious, hot, and plentiful. This is now my go to Chinese takeout spot, don’t let the look of the store front deceive you. Try it out and thank me later.

Waited over an hour for delivery, North Beverly to Beverly Square! Food cold, lo mein tasteless, chicken wings pathetically small & dry/chewy (?microwaved), pork so overcooked & old-not chewable. Maybe a bad FRIDAY NIGHT for them…Sorry to be so critical but the food was awful!! First & last time I’ll order from them! My dog wouldn’t eat their food!

Everything made fresh when order placed! Excellent quality and very friendly responsive employees!! My only choice for outstanding Chinese food! Crab Rangoon and House fried rice are outstanding!

I have been ordering take out from China Wok for about 15 years and have always been pleased with a fair price, excellent service and great food. I drive in and out of Boston 4 days a week and have tried a few other Chinese restaurants of the many I pass on my way home to Gloucester and none have met the quality, price and service that China Wok offers.

First off, the food arrived about 45 minutes late, thus the 4 stars. We eat dinner late after we put our son to bed so by the time it’s time to eat, we’re REALLY ready to eat. Having said that, once the food arrived it was absolutely great! Everything tasted amazing and when calling to inquire about our late order, they seemed truly sorry about how late the order was. I will give them another chance and if delivered on time and with the same quality of food, I will update this to 5 star.
