The food is good. I ordered our dinner at the restaurant and did not get all the food we ordered. They decided because I ordered a combo meal that included one of the appetizers I ordered that they could not provide the appetizer. Also I ordered a three egg rolls provided 1. This was totally unacceptable service. Which made worst when they argued with me over their mistake.

I never leave poor reviews however, the food was not good. Had beef teriyaki ( fatty, dry, and tough) boneless spare ribs (fatty &dry) pork fried rice (starchy and flavorless) and wonton soup ( the only decent part of my meal). Disappointing meal. Was too lazy to drive to Lee Chen. Won’t make that mistake again. The place was grimy. Service was pleasant at pick up.

Best Chinese food in North Andover! They give you a tremendous amount, great value, solid quality.
Another notable characteristic is the consistency, you can expect the same quality every single time. Seems to be a small family run place. The young children are always at the business. Very efficient in their timing, never have to wait on the food when we go pick it up.
Supporting a local business that gives great food and has tremendous amount of value for your money, no-brainer here. We will always come back.

I received a menu in the mail and figured I would try them out. Rude lady literally screaming at me to get order. I asked for 2 substitutions and she said no! We only do one substitution. I gave my $210 order to china sail instead.
