So much for so little.
Been a while since I went to a Chinese restaurant, and as such, I forgot just how much food you get for such a great price. Now I get why my family always went to the Chinese Buffett after church when I was a kid.
Ordered over the phone, going with the Crab Rangoon and General Tao’s Chicken Combo with Chicken Fried Rice. Coming to just a little over $20, heck of a deal. Phone ordering was a fair bit curt however, I was only seconds after saying “that’s it” when the lady on the line said something really fast and then hung up. I was so unsure I got my order in I even called back to check.
Pickup was simple, about 15 minutes from the time I ordered, they didn’t look super busy but maybe it was the rush to get prepared for dinner orders? Because the curtness continued when I was paying. Very odd.
Back home I dug in and, was a little disappointed. The Rangoons were mostly just the fried dough, with only a tiny scoop of crab mix in the center. And then General Tao’s chicken was overcooked, the chicken being rubbery and tough to eat. Tasted fine, flavor-wise, but I get the feeling this was a rush job with overly high temps. Still, there was quite lot, so I only just finished the chicken before I packed it up to put in the fridge. Hey, I got some rice for lunch tomorrow I guess.
Overall, curt business sense, overcooked chicken, lackluster stuffed Rangoons, a 3.5 out of 5 but I’ll round up to be nice.

They’re back to making really good general TSO chicken again.
Their fried rice is good too. You can tell they actually fry it, not just add some chicken stock and call it good.
Highly recommend the boneless spare ribs.

I was very disappointed with the food. I had high expectations based on recommendations. The garlic sauce was more like a sweet and sour and the entrees had too many fillers(unidentified veggies) and not nearly enough meat or seafood for the price I paid. Unfortunately I will not be back.

They have a great combination plate for lunches for under $10. They have all kinds of stuff on their menu and they give you a nice variety and nice amount of food for the price. They also include either a soda, wonton soup, or egg roll with your lunch included in that price. It’s hard to even find a decent meal anywhere for under $10. So I was very pleased and the food was delicious.

This place is a joke. I ordered dinner for me and my 10 year old daughter tonight. We are staying at a hotel and she wanted pizza which was on the way. I ordered shrimp with lobster sauce. What I got was shrimp in water. It literally had not even a hint of lobster. None whatsoever. On top of that the flavor it did have was gross. I called and kindly asked if I could just get store credit because at this point I assigned myself to sharing the pizza mentioned earlier so we didn’t have to go back out. She refused to give me store credit and said if I wanted to exchange it I had to bring it back to the store. Then the line went dead. I had to call back to tell another lady what had happened and what I wanted to replace my order. She took it and I drove all the way back to the restaurant. When I walked in I was met with such a nasty unprofessional attitude that I became irritated. Then she refused to serve me at all. Then told me I had to go back to the hotel room to get my card or I would not get a refund. I refused to leave the store and finally after all that she refunded my money and told me to have a good night. She did me a favor.

The kitchen is clean and efficient, the food is made quickly, and they even accept Apple Pay which was helpful as I didn’t have my wallet. I like that they include General Tso’s Tofu on the menu. Reasonably priced, too. Very kind owners. I am happy to have tried their food. Happy New Year.

Very rude. They are screwing people out of their money the last two times I ordered from them. I ordered combination platters. I got there and it wasn’t combination platters and they also charge me five dollars for two egg rolls which we’re supposed to be in the combination platter. I asked him about it and they were like oh we know hear you say combination platter. Just makes me wonder how many other people have gone through this and got screwed out of a lot of money.

We’ve been ordering from this place for about 6 years and it’s been progressively getting worse. Tonight, we’ve had enough of this disgusting food. As my son was eating, he bit into a piece of wire that came from the pad used to scrub the wok. Stay far away from this place!
