I was a loyal customer too. There was an incident about $40 worth of food. I get out the whole bag bottle of the bag that fell out. Go back down there show a picture of everything and she wouldn’t give me no food she said what do you want me to do about it so I guess you ain’t gonna do nothing and say I won’t come back no more

Super affordable, old-school Chinese American cuisine. The egg foo young gravy was excellent and the egg patties were perfectly fried. I almost lived above it once, but realized they would get most of my paycheck on Sundays bc I’d want to get some takeout for my homeless friends next door! ↕️ If you like the most classic Chinese food, check this place out. It even has the retro menu boards, which is always a sign it’s gonna be good food.

I was dying to try China Tast Restaurant and it didn’t disappoint whatsoever!!! Hot, fresh, flavorful food! The owners were very welcoming and personable—I left with a smile. No wonder this establishment has been this successful for a while. I left with the lunch special, which you also can’t beat at $7.50! Fried rice, an entree, egg roll, and soft drink (soup if you sit-in) made for a sizable, filling portion. It’s the best when you have high expectations of a restaurant, and they are met. Do visit China Taste Restaurant, and you won’t be disappointed. I’ve found my new favorite Chinese restaurant in the area

Very unprofessional. I called to see how much it would be to order 10 whole chicken wings. Nothing else. They told me $24.50

I’m from Philly and today would be my second time (in a row) I have gotten their food. I been in Pittsburgh for a year and tried a different restaurant and told myself I would NEVER buy Chinese food in this city again but I have literally been CRAVING Chinese food and couldn’t help myself to this little gem. The lady who answers calls and who usually in the front is amazing! Very professional and so so nice!! Today I told her what I thought about this place and she told me they would be there for 20 years this month I believe (I’m a hard of hearing in one ear so I could of been mistaken) and 20years of dedication I can tell! It’s very much appreciated. I get their general tsos chicken. FLAVORFUL, NICE FRESH HOT AND MADE TO A CRISP JUST HOW I LIKE IT. I would recommend to my coworkers and trust I will be back! Thank you China Taste for all your hard work and dedication.
