This little restaurant has become one of my favorite spots, and it’s high time I shared why. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with smiles and quick service that truly makes you feel welcome. There aren’t too many tables inside, which I actually appreciate, as I often like taking my food home to eat.

The food was bad . The lunch ‘special’ is deceiving, their lunch special is just the white rice being replaced with fried rice (that’s it!) It does NOT come with soup or eggroll/crabragoon. The only good thing is they give you a big portion, but the food tastes gross. 1/5

I’ve tried giving this place plenty of chances over the years. Their prices are absolutely amazing which is the reason I have come back to try again. But the lo mein was extremely greasy, there were huge chunks of onion in the fried rice, and the crab ragoon… well the taste is okay, but the picture says it all. Not warm or fresh at all. Idk. I don’t think it’s what everyone in Gardner makes it out to be. The price is very reasonable but I guess you pay for what you get. Maybe a different time of day is better? Got this at 12pm for what I figured was the lunch rush.

Hidden gem in Gardner! Never thought my new favorite Chinese restaurant would be here, but I’m happily surprised. Quick service, you can call your order in or go in person for takeout. There are a couple tables, but I haven’t eaten in the restaurant. Flavorful and fresh tasting food, good prices, great stuff!

I have had three dishes from here so far. The Hunan Beef, Mongolian Beef, and Garlic Chicken. All of it has been delicious and the portion sizes are actually pretty good for the price as your main doesn’t come in that tiny rice box like a lot of places I’ve been to. The staff has been kind and fast in both of my visits and my only disappointment is that I didn’t tip more than I did. Also that I didn’t grab napkins, grab napkins on your way out if you get take out.

Had to update. Consistency is key. Every time we have eaten at this place, the containers are so full that they are leaking when we arrive home or to our picnic spot. Sure it’s a little bit messy but the amount of food is worth it. I always get the Hunan or Garlic Beef and it’s consistently the same quality, still one of my favorite, if not my favorite, spots to stop when I go to Gardner.

Its a take out place with a small indoor dining area but the food was amazing, some of the freshest chinese food I have had in awhile. Great place to order and pick up on way home from work.

Been a fan of this restaurant since it opened back in the late 90s. Now that I live out of state I make it a point, when I’m in town, to come get my General Tso’s chicken and fried rice EVERYTIME!! I absolutely love it. Best I’ve had anywhere, and I do mean anywhere. Even got my wife hooked on it now. Love China Taste!
