I pulled up to get my food and the older lady was outside taking a break with her shoe off and rubbing her feet and talking on the phone. I went in to get my order and she came inside, did not wash her hands and went straight back to serving food. She put her hand in the egg roll bags and popped it open, filled it and then went to the food service line. Thats so gross. We will not be back.

Terrible place to eat!!! We ordered teriyaki chicken and the the meat was really tough and didn’t look like chicken. The beef and broccoli dish had pieces of metal in it! And when we went back to tell them they gave us a attitude. do not recommend.

I am very disappointed by this food. I eat a lot of Chinese food. Tonight I was not able to drive to my local favorite and my second favorite was closed so I tried China Taste. I had heard good things and read the reviews. Wow! What a disappointment. The rice had no flavor, it tasted and looked a dyed yellow color. The Sweet and Sour Chicken, my son eats this everywhere, went uneaten because it is lumpy with fat. THe Chicken fried rice chicken was very white and glossy and did not resemble chicken at all. Finally the Egg Foo Young was burnt and the sauce was very dark and had an allspice flavor. I gave one star because I did very much enjoy the eggrolls!

I have been eating at China taste for probably over 10 years and only had one other time where I wasn’t totally satisfied. However today after ordering their sesame chicken and beef and broccoli I will not be spending any more money at this restaurant. The chicken tasted like fish like they hadn’t cleaned their oil in days. And their beef and broccoli was white very off color not appealing at all. Just thought you should know the quality has dropped and the prices have risen.

No customer service! I ordered a General Tso lunch special today. The food was pretty good; however, it was not extra spicy as ordered. On the other hand, the service sucked. There was an older Asian woman with a short haircut at the front desk who was very rude. She didn’t great me, didn’t say thank you for your order, enjoy – nothing. She accepted my money, gave me my change, handed me my food, and walked off. After I obtained a straw, condiments, and plasticware, I told her (in a raised voice), “Thank you, and have a good day.” It’s definitely hard to find good help nowadays in any ethnicity. That will definitely be my last visit their. There are too many Chinese restaurants in the area with much better customer service and great food. I’m big on excellent customer service and when not received it becomes a problem as I can spend my money anywhere. China Taste could probably care less, but you lost a customer
