Fairly nice guy served me and I feel a little bad about posting this but the food is so bad! Bourbon chicken was old & dry. The fried rice has absolutely no veggies or meat. Businesses have to do better especially at the prices of everything. DO NOT waste your money until you see an Under New Management sign. I ended up at Panda Express and by no means did I feel like eating at a chain restaurant.

I had a very disappointing experience at China’s Taste in Davenport. The lo mein I was served was clearly old — you could smell and taste it right away. It was also cold. Serving old and cold food like that is unacceptable and can make someone sick. Food safety should be taken seriously. I definitely won’t be returning.

First time back in 5 years, have to say food was really great i have ordered the Wonton Soup 2 days in a row and it has been delicious seasoned well and little pieces of pork . I also ordered the beef lomein as well as the chicken lomein and both were delicious, full of flavor. So glad i decided to cone back. I will order some other items next week.

The reviews had me worried. I almost opted out for Panda Express but I’m glad I didn’t. The Food tasted better than what it gets credit for. The amount of food you get is also more than what you’ll get at other places or even Panda. As someone who loves chinese food i have to say it wasn’t the best nor the worse I’ve ever tasted. They failed to give me silverware.

If I was able to leave a 0 star, I would’ve. Worst chinese food I ever had. The sesame chicken I had, I promise you, it was not chicken. It has some type of grizzle inside, and was very mushy. I think they should have a health inspector check this place out. The rice was super hard, and no flavor, they should really shut this place down. What the heck is going with these Chinese restaurants lately? I am telling you right now, if you get sesame chicken from this restaurant, it will not be chicken. It sucks, I really wanted this place to be good. But don’t take my word for it, try it out at your own risk.

I ordered chicken wings and a lunch sesame chicken. My food was ready in 3 to 5 minutes. My first mind told me to get a refund, but unfortunately I didn’t follow my first mind. I took one bite of the sesame chicken and ate 1 chicken wing and my stomach is TORE UP! Disgusting and dangerous food practices. Avoid this place!!!

Worst service ever. I ordered a shrimp in lobster sauce to dine in which is basically a soup. So I take a seat and instead of them bringing the food to you since it’s to dine in…the person calls out to you and you have to walk up to the counter for the food. He hands me a brown paper bag stapled shut so I reminded them that it’s to have not to go but they said yes, this is to have. I sit down and pry open the bag and there are no spoons, only a fork. Remember we’re talking about a large cup of soup…
So I ask for a spoon and a woman behind the counter says, there’s a spoon in the bag. When I hold up the fork to prover her wrong, she mumbles something in their language and rummages thru a tray on the counter and waves a spoon at me.
I figure if I’m going to be able to eat my soup I’d better get up and get my spoon. I found my soup to be a little bland so I ask out aloud, ‘is there any pepper sauce’?
Sure enough the same woman reaches under the counter and waves a couple packets of chilli sauce at me from across the restaurant of course
You all know what happened next…

Walk in order was ready in around 10 minutes. My chicken cashew was loaded with veggies and cashews. Fried rice was a bit dry but very tasty. Large portions. Great value.
