Friedrice itself is worth visiting, I wish the Szechuan chicken is more numbing spicy & has the peppercorn, rather than sweet Americanized Chinesit’s very close from my office, that’s great for me!

Recently moved to the area and tried this place out. This is now my 5th time ordering and everything that I have ordered has been amazing. I saw one review about the containers not being durable and I have had two incidents where the plates were broke up and leaking by the time I got home. That’s no reflection on the restaurant, I will continue to order and just make sure to be careful. I did however order door dash tonight vs picking it up and I do feel they used better packaging for the delivery which I appreciate. The quality is amazing, the portion sizes are great, the price is on par. This is my go to spot for Chinese takeout.

Very disappointing experience. The vegetables were overcooked, mushy, and extremely watery, and the fried rice was bland and flavorless. This was by far the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. After only a few bites, I became sick and spent the rest of the night in the bathroom.
In hindsight, I should have trusted my instincts, the strange lady who handed me the order appeared uncomfortable, which was concerning. Overall, this was an unpleasant and unacceptable experience.

The food is good, but the packing is where my issue is. I always order the same thing (broccoli chicken combination), and I’m always concerned about the juices for the meal spilling out in the bag. This particular time the entire container fell apart and I decided to call back and inform them. They insisted the packing was perfect and would not remake the meal. That’s very upsetting and disappointing. I can’t continue to spend money here if they don’t honor their product quality. So this is the last time I support this business. Oh, and no this was not my doing. Everything in the bag was sitting flat, nor was it stabilized with cardboard. All of the meals had spillage. This was just the worst one. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED for spending nearly $40 on dinner.

The worst chinese food I’ve ever had-even as an understatement. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog. To be specific, the fried rice was super overcooked-it literally crunched in every bite. The beef in the lo mein was rubbery and pretty much mush. They even forgot a soup in the order. The crab ragoons were mushy and cold. The food tasted like there was no effort in cooking it. It is NOT authentic. Packaged noodles from the grocery store taste better than the rubber that they served. To reiterate-this is the worst chinese food I’ve had in my life.

Mannn!! I came inside only because I had to pee! Lol! I wanted to contribute something, so I asked the gentleman (actually end up being THE OWNER) if I could buy an egg roll! He asked “Chicken or Shrimp?” I’m like, whatever is cheaper. He insisted I go ahead and use the restroom. I’m like “But I haven’t paid, please let me pay!” Not know being I look like money and driving a rented Tesla, I am actually homeless and sleep in my car, I haven’t worked in a month and was down to my last $4!! I had $21,000 just last month but I digress. I swiped my card to pay the measly $4.89 total and my card declined!! He said “That’s ok, we all have bad days!” I said no, I have $1.00, can you take that and then swipe the rest? He said “Sure!” He was amazing! I gave home the $1.00 and y’all, why did my card still decline for $3+!! I showed him I was a business owner of 3 businesses in ATL, and he didn’t care, he shared he was the owner and how he needed help to open this place! I began to cry!! I said I promise, I won’t be down for long and I’ll be back! You have my word! He said “ I trust you!” What? He didn’t even know me and trusted me! Yall! Please, then I got to my car, a Tesla. Smh! Couldn’t pay $4 but driving a Tesla and I bit into that egg roll and it was THE BEST EGGROLL I’ve had since visiting New Jersey!! Please! Stop by and see Lee at China Taste!! You’ll be so glad you did!!!!! Thanks Lee! I promise I’ll be back!! With MONEY ❤️❤️
