I went to pick up my order here but the bag handed to me was literally wet and falling apart. When I asked for a new paper b ag
the staff member very rudely said it “wasn’t their problem.” Like… what? A small paper bag is at most 15 cents? His attitude was extremely disgusting and completely unprofessional. I wasn’t asking for anything crazy, just a dry bag so my food wouldn’t spill. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here, and because of how I was treated, I definitely won’t be coming back!

Don’t know if food or service is worse… I made a delivery order through DoorDash. When I opened the paper bag, the fried rice box was UPSIDE DOWN half of the rice are already spilled in the bag. I called them directly and offered to go in and show them how the bag looks, and asked for a new rice… The guy was very rude and said not to bother him and that he “will not cook another rice for me.” I then made a complaint with DoorDash directly; they immediately refunded me and gave me a coupon. The soup was flavorless, service was awful.

I’m new to white plains and I ordered food on a night that I didn’t feel like walking and the food was really good. Customer service was really good and they didn’t have a problem with me delivering even though I was close by yeah I don’t know about the reviews but my personal experience they’re good they gave me an extra sauce and overall, a good experience

I truly wish I could give them a half a star. The food was horrible I ordered vegetable lo mein with got no vegetables in it I ordered broccoli with garlic sauce they gave me six pieces of broccoli. I just wish there was a way I could post pictures up here.

Be very careful. I ordered Moo Shu Pork for delivery, and it was delivered with 4 pancakes covered with mold. Yes, MOLD. I called to let them know and said they would deliver 4 more. I waited over an hour for the 4 pancakes and decided to visit the store. The man was very rude and didn’t seam to care about the mold. I asked for a refund and he refused. Never again am I giving that guy our business.

I don’t usually look to leave comments, but this is the worst Chinese restaurant I lived in White Plains for 20 years. I went there when I first came and it was horrible and I know the reason why I never went back, but I gave them a try 20 years later and it’s still the worst. I don’t advise anyone to eat there.

My bf and I would sometimes get food from here in the past but today really put the nail in the coffin. The food was fairly decent until today. We got two wonton soups and a hot and sour soup. The wontons were OLD, the pork was grainy and disintegrating in my mouth. The soup was straight up water and ginger. No other flavor or seasoning in the soup. And the hot and sour was barely hot or sour. It was bland as well. We don’t recommend this place.
