DO NOT GO HERE. I asked server if they have a fried “noodle”. I misordered last time. So I confirmed this time. And we got wrong thing again. I have no idea what it is. And we asked for refunds or replacement. Then she said “please order proper one next time” that’s it. I confirmed and we got wrong and they did not do anything. They didn’t say even sorry or their bad. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS CHINESE RESTAURANT

We ordered general tso’s and garlic chicken tonight. Order was to go and one of the orders had what they call fried rice which was essentially colored rice with no onion or peas or anything for that matter that usually fried rice is accompanied with. Both dishes were terrible with no spice or flavor like other nearby places. I will say… the white rice was spot-on . Try other places…

Do NOT go here. It is easily some of the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. It definitely was sitting out for quite some time. But, I doubt it would’ve been much better had it been fresh. Chewy egg rolls, mushy noodles, and strange bits of (meat?) I hope I don’t get sick, seriously. My dog loved it though! He’s going to be sad because the rest is going in the garbage.

Foods not terrible… but not too happy that I ordered the cashew chicken… it was delicious until I felt something hard and pulled a BONE out of my mouth…. good thing I didn’t swallow my food I guess. That would have been a not so fun visit to the hospital!

The food was good and presented very nicely. I got the chicken and broccoli and thought it was very scrumptious. But be careful because the food here may make you sick. My girlfriend and I both felt nauseous after eating.

I have been a customer for years because the food, not the cleanliness. I placed a to go order of almost $50 and got home 20 minutes later to find my order was wrong. I called and their customer relations department offered to delivery to correct order. 10 minutes later they called me and said their drivers won’t do it, it’s too far. Well if I can drive 20 minutes to pick it up then they can drive to fix their mistakes! The end result was next time I order I get a discount, I am unhappy with the results.

Arrived to pick up our order, and they accidently gave us larger items than we requested. They forced us to pay for the larger more expensive meal, and on top of that forgot an item and had to prepare it after we had arrived to pick up our order. So after getting home 10 minutes later than expected and paying an extra $7, we ate our food, only to realize most of the beef chunks were just chunks of fat. I’ve always enjoyed China Star as a child, but I won’t be going back. It was supposed to be a nice Sunday night meal, but instead it was an upsetting and stressful end to the weekend.

Ordered the Dragon and Phoenix chef special and it was terrible, mostly onions and chicken. Also ordered Crab Rangoons which seemed as though they were sitting out for a while and also didnt come with any dipping sauce (which let’s be honest, that’s what makes it so tasty). We ordered the general tso’s chicken and all it tasted like was shrimp! We thought that maybe they mixed some in on accident and let it be. Ordered it again today after a few months of not ordering and every piece was chicken…. yet it all tasted like shrimp! I called and told them they lost a customer. Family didn’t like the food and neither did I. If your gonna be frying foods you can’t be sharing the oil with seafood and chicken. Highly disappointed.
