Great Food, Great Service! If you are looking at this review, definitely go here to eat. It is a fantastic family run restaurant.

So I work pretty close to this place and generally enjoy Chinese food. First time I went was pretty sub par. The rice seemed old and the food overall had a taste that wasn’t screaming fresh. Today I tried a lunch special and was sorely disappointed. The general tso didn’t taste bad but it didn’t look or taste fresh. I’m almost positive the egg roll I took a bite of was expired, the smell and the taste only allowed me to take one bite. The veggies in the fried rice are past their day for sure.

The food waa good. I ordered vegetable egg foo yeong. I wound up with shrimp. At least I’m not allergic. Just find shrimp gross and diaspointing. Especially since it was a pain to pick it out and and waste it. I am grateful they were open but it was the second place we tried to get my favorite dish. The first one wasn’t even making it. Thank you for trying.

Delicious food! Served quickly with very generous portions of food.

The food was amazing back in the day then when the restaurant had new owners the food suffered. Now the woman who is running it is making the food like back in the day. I think they use sesame oil cause the fried rice is amazing. Hopefully she will continue this. Best Chinese in Elkhart county.

Hands down the best Chinese in Elkhart. I’ve been eating here since I was a little girl and never been disappointed. We ordered the garlic chicken, honey chicken, fried pot stickers, and chicken teriyaki. Also you have to have one of their egg rolls! So crispy and delicious. Very quick and their food is always coming out hot.

I ordered here last night and the egg rolls and rice were extremely greasy. So much so that the soy sauce ran right off the rice. While it was hot, I was questioning the freshness of the rice and now that I have been throwing up all day, I’m going to say it had to be old. I’m only giving it 2 stars because my boyfriend really enjoyed the vegetable soup.

Large portions. There is plenty to take home. It would have fed double the amount recommended. Food arrived within 5 minutes. Most people did take-out. Actually, we were the only ones dining in. Pork fried rice was flavorful. Orange chicken was good. But nothing outstanding. Very little atmosphere and swated away nats. I think two people were running the whole show. Great job for only two people! I’d suggest take-out.

Cleanliness is what drops it to a 4 star for me unfortunately. We usually get the house lo mein and crab rangoons. Food is always hot and ready in a timely manner. Staff is friendly.

Got the General Tso’s lunch special.
Includes the General Tso’s Chicken and Fried or White rice.
The chicken clearly looks and tastes like it was reheated. It’s not fresh and the flavor is very lacking. The sauce just doesn’t do it any favors. Looking at the chicken as I bit into it made it less and less appetizing.
I thought I would be fine eating the rice— but not only did I get the wrong rice, to my dismay, the rice was undercooked. So it had hard bits in it.
Overall, my meal was very dissatisfying.
The only thing I enjoyed was the roll which was included.
I don’t foresee myself returning again.
