Unassuming strip-mall destination for classic Chinese dishes in a cozy, dark-wood interior.

So the chicken teriyaki on a stick appetizer I think was a little bit burnt because it came out really dark and it normally isn’t supposed to be this dark for chicken.
I called in my order and I still waited on it when I got here just for two orders.
It was very dry and definitely overcooked.

We buy a fair amount of Chinese food, our usual place was closed and we were forced to venture out of our comfort zone. One of the main things i order in bulk is Hot Sour Soup amongst other things, boy was i in for a bad surprise,it looked and tasted like they threw in all the left overs from 4 different dishes and so sickly sweet we had to throw it all away nobody could eat it and traditionally it is a very simple dish,we will never try them a again a large soup is expensive, thumbs down.
In the following photos the soup on the left is the poo soup with god knows in it The soup on the right is normal from our regular place and edible, beware

Well, this was the fourth time for us eating here. The sushi was really great. They made me cream cheese -eel roll, that is my absolutely favorite.
Every time we got really delicious food. Definitely we’ll come back.

I need to give a shout out to this place! We got off work late and was looking for a chinese restaurant that open after 8 or 9pm. We came in, the lady assisted us right away, we ordered Orange Chicken, Beef Mixed Vegetable, Hot and Sour soup, and Egg drop soup. They were all yummy!!! I would recommend this place to my friends!

This was quite literally the worst experience I’ve ever had for Chinese takeout. Got our order wrong, and the food that WAS sent was very clearly leftovers from lunch that had been sitting in a heat window all day. Crab Rangoon was soggy and stale, as were the egg rolls. Couldn’t even bite into them. 100% garbage.

The food is really good here. I travel a lot for work and have had some bad experiences with Chinese food at other places, but this restaurant food was on point I ordered the shrimp fried rice and house Lo Mein to go. Was very pleased and even had space to park my rig around back. If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely come back.

Mongolian beef was awesome!! So much flavor, absolutely wonderful. Will definitely order again. The cashew chicken (sauce especially) was not very good, but the fried rice was yummy! We were given soup instead of salad too, but no biggie.
Tried the sushi: The mexican roll, shrimp tempura, & tuna cucumber rolls were excellent (nice cuts of tuna & the shrimp were fried perfectly)! However, the spicy tuna roll was like pureed canned tuna mixed with spicy mayo & was not good. The worst was the shrimp avocado roll; the shrimp were completely raw. I realize this is a sushi roll, however, serving raw shrimp is known to be a health hazard if they are not eaten immediately after removing them live from the water. I have NEVER been served raw shrimp at any sushi restaurant in 20 years. We did not eat this roll. Now that we know what’s good, we’ll be back! Good prices, online ordering, & quick service. Wish I could rate 3 & 1/2 stars

Stop to get a quick bite. This place was well worth it! Some of the best sushi I’ve had in a long time. We will definitely visit this location during our stay here in Sarasota. If you find this review helpful please give us a thumbs up and check out our other reviews as we travel around this beautiful country.

General tso chicken was cold and hard, scallop breading was very undercooked. Whole dish was dry and cold. Ordered extra spicy and it wasn’t even a little spicy. I would have to say it was the worst I have had. Taking it back for a refund that’s how bad it was. Last time here for me.
Well. I went back 6 years later. The food was bland, bland, bland. No taste at all. My dinner combo did not have the fried rice or the egg roll. General tso chicken was horrible. Egg foo young had no taste. I’m so disgusted that I don’t even want to go back and complain. Save yourself a trip. Go to China One on Bee Ridge. Much, much better. Sorry they are closed on Tuesday so I went here. Big mistake! Huge!
