This is the FIRST and the LAST time I will order from this place! No napkins, silverware, fortune cookies, or things such as soy and duck sauce! The only thing that was decently editable was the chicken. The so called fried rice and egg roll was YUCK!

I am visiting from out of town and we placed a large order. We were missing one item from the order and I called the restaurant to have it refunded. The very friendly and nice woman I spoke to apologized and asked if I’d like a credit for next time. Because it was an online order and I paid through a third party company, the restaurant wouldn’t be the one to refund me. I explained that I’m visiting from out of town and wouldn’t be back there. She then offered to reach out to the third party company to see if they could refund me. I thought that was so nice of her to go out of her way to do that. She called me back to let me know I would be receiving my refund and apologized again. I love when people take that extra step to make their customers happy. The food was good!! The boneless spare ribs were a big hit with my family. I would definitely go there again when I come back to Spring Lake.

Picked up a big order tonight for the family. My food was really good and fresh. Po Po platter, General Tso chicken, sweet-and-sour chicken, fried rice, and a couple Of spring rolls. My Popo platter was crispy and fresh. We absolutely loved it! This was first time order Everything else was our usual order all very good asked for no broccoli and they accommodated. Which I appreciate. Spring rolls extra nice this time. Thanks guys

This is “Mongolian chicken” has about 2 small pieces of chicken in it. Do not recommend they have some sub par orange and general sohs chicken. This actually takes disgusting all around. Honestly would have asked for a refund if I haven’t already got back home.

I would love to speak to their district manager, but I doubt they have one. The chef gave me an uncomfortable stare when I entered the building, I hadn’t even placed my ordered yet. Racist, prejudice, or just odd? Either way, a chef should never make their customers feel that uncomfortable.
Need I add that in the meal I had that night, there was a mound of sugar in my black pepper chicken with rice. Only after I bit into a piece of sugar was I able to stop and search through my plate to find it. The egg roll was excessively sweet, if not careful they can make someone sick by not being careful.

I got chicken with noodles and my husband got beef and rice . Both meals were bland and had no flavor! They were both disgusting neither of us finished our meal , what a waste of 27.00 . Also when I called in to make my order the lady on the phone was rude and seemed annoyed . Not a great experience , would not recommend !

I love the food here. I live in Raleigh, but I pick up my granddaughter from a nearby school on Fridays. I often grab dinner here before driving back home. Everyone is super friendly. The food is hot and fast. I wish they were in Raleigh.
