Overpaid to get sick. Been coming here for years then they decided to give me food that have been sitting out for hours. Had a feeling something was wrong when the sauce was gelatinous and the chicken tasted off(General tsos chicken). I was sick with cramps for a week. This place is also more expensive than any other Chinese restaurant, they take advantage because we are way out here and there isn’t many other options. If you go just east of military trail at that plaza, places like Chinatown Chef the food is amazing compared to this place. I’ve been going there ever since this place got me sick and I will never be going back even though China star is basically right across the street from my house, the other place is only a 10 minute drive and so much more worth it for quality. Only good thing about this place is they’re open until 10.

This is the first time I’ve tried this place and I loved it! I ordered the honey chicken combo which comes with rice and an egg roll and it was SO good!!! I really appreciate the proportions on everything between the breading to chicken ratio being right on, the eggroll not being overly big taking away from the crunchy wonton, & the rice wasn’t overly fluffed with too many things or had huge chunks of veggies or meat in it. Usually fried rice can taste burnt or too salty but it was really good. Overall everything was well balanced and very yummy! I paid $13 dollars for the whole thing and I would also say that was very reasonable for all the food I got.

This establishment has great Chinese food that is hot, fresh, tasty and plentiful. The service was prompt and friendly, and the prices were reasonable. There is no option for dining in as it’s strictly take out. The establishment appeared clean and well maintained. If you want a great Chinese meal at a good price, try China Star 2! You won’t be disappointed.

Honestly some of the best Chinese food I’ve had in a minute. They’re straight and to the point: you get your food, and you head out. Nothing complicated and honestly sometimes, you need that. I like to use food apps to order so I have everything ready and concise, and the lady behind the counter I talked to when I was there was very pleasant.

I ordered the General Tso dinner tonight.
My experience with it was the rice had like a freezer burnt taste to it. And the sweet sauce used for this dish was over drowned in the whole platter. Over all I would give this dish a 2/5 .
But I have ordered here before with a better experience, I hope it’s better next time.

Best takeaway Chinese in palm beach county! Food is always hot and fresh. They follow all order notes. Love the chow fun and chicken and broccoli.
