Bland, bland, and bland. !!! I tried this place on someone’s recommendation. There are a few tables to dine in, although the dirt and stains on the walls are unattractive. Prices are about average for the area, the food is not worth going back for. My order was incorrect, no big deal, mistakes happen. The food was rather tasteless, bland in fact. The ribs were dried out and missing that coating of sauce that is usually cooked on. Im going to keep looking for decent Chinese food ,this isn’t it. Poor quality might get my money once, but never twice.

Beware when using your debit/credit card!!!
Recently, I ordered food for my family here as I’ve done so many times in the past. Sometimes we pay with cash, and sometimes we pay with credit/debit. We have never had any problems. When you pay with your debit/credit card and the order is over $15 you don’t get charged a surcharge fee. Well the last time I went in there, I ordered and my food way over $15, so I paid with my debit/credit card and had to sign (as usual). When he gave me the receipt I looked over it really quicky and I saw the tip line. But before I could cross it out, he told me to sign below and as soon as I did, he took the receipt right away. A few days later the food order posted on my bank account and it was two separate charges. One was for my food amount, and the other was a $1.00 credit charge fee. I was not supposed to be charged for using my card because my order was over the $15 amount, this was the first time I’ve ever seen this $1.00 fee on my statement from this establishment. Then I remembered I, didn’t cross out the tip line and left it blank so they put the $1.00 as a tip for themselves. All the previous times when my family and I used our cards at this place we always cross out the tip line. The one time I didn’t, I get a charge that was not supposed to be there. We have spent so much money at this Chinese restaurant and I would never have thought they would commit a dishonest act.
If a customer decides to use credit/debit here and your order is over $15, make sure you cross out the tip line or they will happily tip themselves.

I miss the original owners. The food was better quality and the sauce on the ribs was amazing. During the pandemic the front guy would always ask for a higher different price when ordering the same thing for years. I got general chaos yesterday and asked for extra sauce like I always do and they gave me literally way less sauce than normal. Half my chicken had no sauce on one side. This place really fell off and is not the same. Can the original owners please come back !!!!

Decided to give this place a try today even though it was 30 minutes away. The food was definitely average Chinese food especially for the area. The General Tao’s chicken was ok but depending on one’s preference it may be crispier than other places. The following dishes were also average, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Plain Lo Mien, Pork egg rolls, Pork Fried Dumplings and White Rice. The food definitely messed with my stomach and I will not visit this establishment in the future.

I ordered a chicken and rice soup and take a look at the video of what they gave me. What the heck is that? Why is it so slimy. I called them and they told me to bring it back and they will give me another one. Um no! This is the 2nd time something is spoiled. The last time the brown rice tasted spoiled and smelled terrible. This place went down hill because it wasn’t like this before. And they won’t give you your money back. I will never step foot in this place ever again.

I decided to try this spot because our favorite Chinese restaurant(#1 Chinese in North st)are now closed Mondays due to the pandemic. And we decided to order the same things we order at the other restaurant but I was not impressed and its more expensive and less portions. We’ll stick with our favorite Chinese restaurant.
