I come here every couple months when visiting, and they know how to do chinese takeout right. Their crab rangoons are some of the best (even better than some of the thai restaurants I like), the chicken fingers are always crispy and hot, and the chow fun noodles are always great. I was surprised with the lower rating but I guess you just can’t make everyone happy.

Finally after 10 years of living in Medfield we ordered dinner from China Sky. Food was really good and everything was fresh. I no longer feel like I need to drive the usual 20-30 minutes away when we want Chinese food. We had fried rice, lo mein, general T’s chicken, crab Rangoon, veggie spring rolls. Ready as promised and hot.

I’m honestly surprised by some of the lower reviews for this restaurant. I live in town and this is usually our go-to for Chinese food. Our go to dishes include beef and broccoli as well as shrimp and broccoli and they’ve always been pretty good. The serving size is good and the price is appropriate for what you get. We always do take out but so far we are pretty much always pleased.

Take out only. Not from the area but was craving Chinese food and bumped into this small place. Honestly, all was really good. Teriyaki steak, chicken fingers, boneless ribs – fantastic. Lean meat, tasted delicious. The rice is a bit plain but tasted very good.

I’ve ordered general tso’s and rice from here many times, and usually don’t have issues. I really like the pick up process, and the chicken is good. The portion size for the combo plate is okay, enough for one big meal or two small portions.
The rice this time – we ordered white and pork fried – both sides tasted off, and had a dish water taste. It was disappointing because the chicken is spicy and served with veggies and we really enjoy it, but will not be back after this experience.

Just ordered from China Sky and it was inedible. I ordered the chow mein and there were no noodles, just bean sprouts in a murky broth. I won’t be ordering here again.

This is a great little spot for takeout. They have a wide selection of the usual Chinese dishes, portions are large , and the price is right. Service is pleasant and efficient. Food was fresh and tasty. This is our go-to when we don’t feel like cooking.

To be honest, it’s hard to say if their food is good, because I was never able to order from them. I went to order online and their online ordering was not working. I called them, and they told me it was only pickup (no delivery). I asked them how long for an order to be ready, and they said 1 hour. I explained I wanted the food ready for dinner time, at 6PM. I verified I should call at 5PM if I wanted to pick up my food at 6 PM. I was told I can not pick up at 6 PM because they would be too busy. I was a bit confused by this…. so I very specifically asked “If I want to have food from your restaurant at 6PM, is that possible?”. They straight up answered, “No, we can not have food ready for you at 6PM, we will be too busy”. Mind you, I called them at 2:30 in the afternoon… apparently 3.5 hours notice for pick up was not enough. So much for restaurants having a tough time during Covid. First and last try for me with China Sky.

Good combo meal selection; it’s a real deal at lunch – buy cheap lunch, have leftovers for dinner. Dinner portions are a little more expensive, but you do get more food (also good for leftovers). The food tastes good and service is fast. Takeout only, so make sure you pick up a menu when you go get your food for easy ordering anther time (or look up the menu online). You can order through Grubhub or by just calling in your order. Best Chinese food in Medfield!
