Ordered spicy shredded beef. Wound up with some unknown battered garbage in a sweet sauce. It was the most repulsive thing I have ever had the displeasure of putting in my mouth. I will never be able to order from this dump again.

I don’t understand ANY good reviews , must be from the family. I went by the reviews and ordered what I usually do from others exactly. Everything was nasty. Cashews soggy, chicken overcooked, rice hard, egg rolls so hard almost broke teeth. On top of that the rudeness when ordering there then the wait only to find out the price was 60% higher than where we usually go, over all we got 5 different types of foods and 3 different rice and NOTHING was good. Even the “fortune” cookies were stale. At least I know my 2 visits saved me now from going again , oh my 2 visits FIRST and LAST, don’t bother here it is the WORST CHINESE TAKE OUT in Winter Haven , should be closed unless you like Overpriced BAD service Horrible food, oh no pics because had to throw out the food

Sadly the service and food is not as good as it used to be. I stood there at the counter for sometime, while it sounded like there was an argument in the back room between a female and male while they maneuvered a table to sit down to eat dinner. I ordered for a family, 2 combo meals, quart of wonton soup and 2 packages of Egg rolls. After arriving at our destination, we noticed the one package of vegetable egg rolls was missing. I double checked the receipt and called China Park just to let them know. The female started raising her voice stating she did place them in the bag-I told her I even shook the bag upside down just in case and it was stuck in the bottom of the bag and there was nothing else. The female continued to raise her voice, after I let her know I wouldn’t be calling if we were not missing an item, that was paid for. She hung up the phone! I was willing to let her know, I was willing to send her a picture of everything. We tasted the shrimp egg rolls and they tasted old, the dinners were not as fresh tasting as they used to. They have lost our business-they used to be so good. After reviewing other reviews, I can see I’m not the only one with similar complaints..Sad, they USED to be so good!

First and last time eating here. I ordered Fried chicken wings with French fries and the chicken taste very plain no seasoning at all. Chicken also was very sticky for some reason and last but not least it was a piece of hair on one of my chicken wings. Didn’t even bother to call the Restaurant because I am disgusted and prefer not to eat there anymore. Fries and chicken taste like it was cooked in very old grease! Not happy I wasted my money on this!

1 star is too high of a rating for salmonella. We’ve been frequenting China Park for over 3 years, without issue. However that all changed on 05/01/2022 when we got our order of General Tso and it was raw pink inside. We called the owner to let them know, so that no one would get sick, and she proceeded to argue with us over it. Making different excuses, and overall refusing to hear us. We explained that we understand issues happen and we weren’t even upset about it, but we were now concerned to eat any food due to the pink chicken. She refused any remedy and would not allow a refund. She said she was too busy to talk about it and to call back in an hour. She called back and argued some more and then asked us to bring the food back because she wanted to see it. We packed it all up and returned to the restaurant. As soon as we got there they again argued with us, even while looking at the pink chicken. She said it’s supposed to be pink inside? She brought up some different chicken that she had cooked and sliced it open and it was even more raw inside than ours was, and she continued to eat it to prove her point. We’ve had Chinese food from all around the country and never have had pink chicken. Maybe salmonella is her “speciality”? She refused any refund or resolution. I guess feeling she is right is more important to her, than business ethics, food safety, and a happy customer. Needless to say we will never be back, and we will let others know of how she runs her restaurant.

I’ve been coming here ever since I moved to Florida when I was 4 (I’m 19 now) and I have yet to find a Chinese place that’s better than this one. The people are nice and the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

China Park’s Singapore Rice Noodles are the best I’ve ever had. I make a point to come here every time I’m in WinterHaven. Food here is always a solid choice. Owners are extremely kind and hardworking.
