Great food! Ample seating for families and couples. We ordered family style and tried quite a few options. Hot tea was tasty. All were delicious! Plenty of free parking too.

They bring out wontons to snack on before you are served. The service was impressive. My water and tea were always filled. I was never wondering where my waiter was. I was approached by what I guess was the manager and another wait staff in addition to that. I was impressed with how attentive they were. I didn’t see tofu on the menu but they do provide it so I was happy to order it. Also they have the chili paste on the side in the little glass cups. Bathrooms were quite clean.

Tried out this restaurant today because I thought the owner’s responses to the 1 star reviews were really honest and funny.

We bought lunch special, and each were around $13 and 1 eggplant dish.

My picky eater daughter loved the soups (hot and sour and egg flower soup) that came with the lunch specials. She gave it a 10/10. She tried all other dishes and she thought all of them were yummy.

As for me, I really like how generous the food portions were. They were so much that I don’t have to cook dinner tonight :).

As for me, the quality of food is 9/10. The quantity 20/10. The taste is 7/10 because all the dishes are kind of bland, I like my food a little bit more flavorful and saltier. Customer service 9/10.

When you’re looking for Chinese food you have different types. What we were looking for was American Chinese food. And there’s only one place to go to and that is in Tustin. The building itself is old and dated, and when you walk in you kind question how good the food will be based on the old decor. But… the food. It’s full of flavor. The Mongolian Beef isn’t spicy like one would think it to be, but with it’s big flavor you don’t even miss the spice. Love this place. I feel so welcome here! The staff is knowledgeable about their options and will go above and beyond to help you get what you need. I’m pretty sure everyone stopped by our table to check on us or run our food out. The owner seems to know many of his customers. Highly recommended If you happen to be around here. (The only problem is that there isn’t a lot of parking space.)

My wife brought me to have dinner tonight for my BD. The food was excellent and our waitress did a great job. We have been here many times with and without our kids and grandkids. We have always enjoyed the food. Started with some appetizers, then sizzling Rice Soup, Mu Shu pork, orange chicken and Mongolian Beef. Yes, we took alot home, tonight I wanted to taste alot of different choices and they were all great. I look forward to coming back again.

Food was decent. Price to portion-size ratio was excellent. The restaurant is quite old and dated inside.
Chicken wontons were good. Orange chicken was good. The Chinese mustard was good. The panfried noodles with pork was ok. Some of the noodles were burnt to a crisp.

I cannot believe I didn’t have a review here already — one of the best Chinese restaurants around. They have a great lunch special that hasn’t changed in price that I can tell. I order the same thing most of the time — Kung Pao Two Flavors (chicken and shrimp). Yes, the chicken is that crazy pressed stuff with simulated attachments so you think it’s right off the chicken but that’s why there’s hot mustard! To dull your critic’s senses and accept that it’s real. Also, if you like spicy but not fiery, try mixing the mustard with the sweet and sour sauce and a dash of soy sauce. Great for the fried spring roll!

I used to come here all the time and always enjoyed the food. I moved away so I have to do delivery and this was my order of egg foo young. I swear I almost fainted.

I haven’t had Chinese food in years. I just didn’t feel like eating it. I’m pregnant and had a craving for honey walnut shrimp. I discovered this spot on Google Maps and ordered lunch to-go in person.

The host gave great service, told me it would be done in 10 minutes, wow! I was starving. Before I left with my food, the same host gave a homeless man some water, which I thought was very kind.

I sampled the food in my car before driving off. I was pleasantly surprised to see one fried wonton and one egg roll, even though I asked for fried wonton. Well, the egg roll was 100% better than the fried wonton, and it was super fresh, crispy and delicious.

I got their lunch special with honey walnut shrimp, egg flower soup (also good), and egg fried rice, and ordered an appetizer of their foiled chicken.

The honey walnut shrimp was exactly what I was looking for. It wasn’t too sweet, it was super freshly made, and had that yummy crunch from being fried, and juicy. I love it! Definitely would come back again for the honey walnut shrimp lunch deal.

Now curious about the other dishes!

Restaurant smells bad when you first enter. I was there to pick up a togo order that was just not good. I spend just over 40 and it all went in the trash. Garbage food.
