The food is always good. Good portions. Reasonably priced. This week alone I have ordered two times online and both times when I got to the restaurant they hadn’t even looked at the online orders. On the first time it happened I just told him not to bother to make it I didn’t have time to wait. The second time it happened I waited however I would think they would try to compensate their customers who have been patient with them and who have been with them for years by taking a discount off the food they ordered or something to that effect. They have a new online ordering system now and ever since I have used this place this is twice in one week mind you that I place an order online to get there to find they hadn’t even looked at it. I’m very disappointed. I think I’m going to have to find a new Chinese place.

I was very displeased with this place. This was my first time coming here, and will be my last. My food was disgusting, what a waste of money. The shrimp egg food young gravy was bland and the gravy was really thick and chunky, and the white rice over cooked. The fried rice I ordered was also extremely bland even after I added a decent amount of soy sauce. I really didn’t care for the sweet and sour chicken either, some pieces were extremely hard. I will stick with Dragon City, very disappointed.

This is the BEST Chinese food in Norfolk! I have tried ALL the other Chinese restaurants in the area and they all pale in comparison. Fried dumplings, house special Lo Mein, and house special fried rice are gold standard dishes cooked to perfection. The only bummer is they are CLOSED on Mondays.

Our father had a diabetic episode upon waiting for our food and we had to call 911. Staff didn’t offer any assistance or to even pick up the phone to call 922. The staff was video recording on their phones as the paramedics worked on our father to keep him from going into a coma. VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE!!!! Our entire family wont ever return to this establishment. With all the good reviews, we decided to try out this restaurant. We were disappointed in both the food and service. We got a beef and mushroom and a pepper beef with white rice. We didnt have a long wait time. The food was bland. 1/3 of the portion was just juice. Hardly any meat and mostly veggies and juice. Wasnt much flavor.

I worked in the front window the other day when I went to the Subway next door and noticed that the dining area floor was spotless and the tables were clean, neat, and the baseboards didn’t show signs of gunk. So I decided to give them a try today. I ordered crab Rangoon, a pepper steak with fried rice and egg roll combo, and a General Tso’s combo. We will eat this for lunch tomorrow, but I sampled everything, and am glad I stopped by. The pepper steak had the right flavor, but I am not used to the General’s chicken being served with sauce on the side. I do not care for this recipe, but no stars taken away for that.

This place is a hidden secret. I often passed on eating ANYTHING from here because of the location and the outside was always unkept but, a co-worker ordered from here and the food was delicious. Fresh ascend filling. The spring rolls are to die for and the rice…it must have a special sauce because it’s addictive. I’ll be back.
