The ingredients are good quality the combination is not that well . Vegetable Lo Mein -has too much sauce while still being bland.
Egg drop soup -while everything is made almost correct the taste/smell is lacking.
Sweet & Sour Chicken- taking into consideration that humidity made the exterior thats supposed to have a crunch soft; the chicken was alright.
Teriyaki Chicken- was fairly good out of the meal. Though the color was off on the outside, the color and taste of the inside was good.
Egg Rolls- the exterior was a bit off so that threw off the taste for the inside but it was still decent .
Sticky Rice- stickiness was on cue,the smell has a hint of jasmine rice to it. Was just right. Not too soft or dry.
Sweet & Sour Sauce was a little water down which is normal to try and stretch it. Taste was pretty spot on.

Me and my boyfriend have tried different Chinese restaurants in Lebanon and this one is definitely our favorite! I get the chicken and broccoli combination platter and he gets the general tso’s combination platter! We are always happy, the food is always fresh and always good!

1/1/25 i believe the owners have changed recently or over the past year? We skip the buffets and do Chinese food take out for New Years tradition. China One still has exceptional American Chinese food. The boneless pork ribs, pork fried rice, Mie Fun, lo mein and crab ragoon are done really well! The meat on a stick, chicken & beef teriyaki were both not really on the mark for teriyaki flavor and the beef was bubble gum chewy.
The folks behind the counter were very friendly and the store was bright and clean. We know what we like and just order. The pictured food ran us $70-$80… The price seemed a bit high to be honest, but tradition is tradition and good Chinese food can be hard to come by.

You probably won’t want to eat here as China One is a traditional American Chinese take-away place. And it’s important to be a little patient- China One is not the fastest getting food out of the kitchen. But those things don’t matter. If you live in Lebanon and want to know which Chinese place serves the best take out food, it’s China One. I am a native New Yorker so I know intimately what “NY Chinese” is all about, and China One is easily the best choice in the area. Quality ingredients, good portions, all seasoned and prepared well.

Good enough, it’s close and decent. Not the best, not the worst. The hot sour soup is top notch. Their Beef dishes are better than most because they cook it enough and its never tough.

I’d give a 4.5 stars total. I’ve never had any issues, staff have always been super friendly, call-in orders done on time, food was hot, food was correct, and overall tastes good. The inside is just plain, and there is no sitting inside to eat, but hey, it doesn’t have to be fancy to pick up your food. I will not say that it’s the BEST Chinese I’ve ever had but I still enjoy the food very much, just wish there was more vegetables in the fried rich and noodles and sometimes I would like to have a more powerful flavor from the General Tso’s chicken. However, I still eat here often and enjoy it every time. The crab rangoons are great and if you enjoy spicy food then give the Singapore Mei Fun a try!

This is the best Chinese restaurant in the area. I’ve tried them all. Great quality and flavor. Big chunks of chicken. Not those deli slices like the other places. Spicy or mild. They’ll make it any way you like.
I’m addicted. Have to go there at least once a week.
