Holy cow, I should’ve read the other reviews before attempting to eat this dog food. My chicken was so hard I couldn’t stab it with my fork. No kidding

My husband goes here ususally a lot. He has been a big returning customer. But we will not be back anymore. He ordered a sweet and sour chicken meal. He drove home about 20 minutes home to discover they didn’t include the sweet and sour sauce. He called in and told them and all they offered was a free soda next time. He just asked for a refund, and they said to bring the food in. He just came from town, he said he would bring it in Friday the next day he had off, as we have somewhere else to go this evening soon. They would not refund him, so he is driving back into town pushing our schuedle behind with our kids. He isn’t going to eat the meal, the whole point was the sweet and sour. 120 minutes of driving when they could have just refunded him for their mistake. I know business’s show a lot about themselves how they treat people for their mistake. And this is honestly the first time we’ve had an issue but a 20 minute phone call and them giving such a hard time to him and putting him on a 5< minute wait on the phone to talk about it at the store and then still offering no good solution was just mind blowing. I used to in a salon for years and in my business if we made a mistake, we offered to correct it. And I’ve never had an issue with any other business giving hard times either the few times in my life their ever was a mistake. And mistake are fine, but how you treat those when it’s your mistake says it all. HE had to suggest switching it out for a hot meal because it would be cold by the time he got it, and understand after 120 minutes of driving? It is good food usually, just not impressed with the service there!

This is dog food. No soap in the bathroom. Smells of sweat. Food is not edible. It is dry and tastes like it was in a dirty freezer for 6 months. I spent $45 and I’m throwing this away. Absolutely disgusting.

Food was virtually not even seasoned. There was virtually no beef in the beef fried rice. More white onions than anything else. Lo mein was dry and way too sweet. Broccoli beef was overcooked and the broccoli was runny. Be better off digging food out of a trash can. Very disappointed

GeneralTso’s chicken was very tough. Chicken with Cashew nuts and the Chinese vegetables with chicken had very little chicken and few cashews on the first dish; both were mostly vegetables. The Beef and Broccoli dish was very good.

Has always been pretty good, for a local Chinese takeout place. The last several times, however, the woman answering the phone has been rude to the point of frustration. At first I thought it was just miscommunication or a difference in norms, rather than outright passive aggression… But I have come to the conclusion that this isn’t the full explanation. This isn’t usually enough to drive me away from good food, but I’ve almost come to dread the ordering process now.
Also, food has become hit or miss. Still good at times, but other times shockingly… Different. I always valued the consistency of this place in the past, but it’s no longer reliable in that respect.
Don’t expect your food to taste the same twice, and CERTAINLY don’t expect to have a pleasant interaction with the person on the other end of the phone. If there was another option, I’d take it just to avoid that. Suggestion to the owner: maybe implement online ordering. Everyone would be happier.

First time eating there, was very disappointed. Rice was cold and hard, broccoli barely cooked in beef and broccoli, and water crests were like potato chips. Workers seemed nice, and place looked clean, but I was only in long enough to pickup my phone in order. Egg rolls were the only good part of a $16 meal. Won’t be going back, I’ll drive to China Wok in Brookville, never had a bad meal there in over 5 years.

It is awesome! The staff is friendly when u either go in to order or call in a delivery. I love their delivery, the delivery person always greets u with a smile, which is important. The food is always hot, well packed, and busting at the seams, they make sure u don’t go hungry or u have leftovers. It’s one of my favorite restaurants.
