I have to say the food is good. Prices are too high for what you get. The kitchen area is clean but the waiting area is totally out dated. Should take a little pride in their appearance. Staff person taking your order is stone faced. Not totally rude but not nice either. Also, she is really stingy with the duck sauce. I have to BEG for more duck sauce with my 60 dollar order, only for her to throw a.couple more tiny packets in there. My favorite food is General Tso’s chicken 🙂

I was apprehensive about ordering food based on the reviews but actually the food wasn’t bad. The fried wontons were great, and the soup and chicken chow mein were not bad. I also got two fortune cookies and when I asked for soy sauce, I got two packets. I simply asked for more and got them.

The eggroll or soup that is normally a choice was considered an add on.
For takeout no packets of sauce.
I had to confirm with the counter person that a fork would be useful.
Chopsticks were also not an option.
My roast pork kinda tastes old.
I’m sorry to say I won’t bother going back.
There are plenty of other choices for lunch in branchville.

Working and staying at the biggest employer in Branchville, this was one of the most obvious and limited choice for dinner..especially being right below where I was put up. Man!! What a HUGE mistake, it started with we take only CASH for orders, when asked for receipt..said “NO” receipt and then writes on back of a piece of paper and hands it over, and the “NO” didn’t end here..”NO” fortune cookies, “NO” chopsticks..was told, we don’t give chopsticks ever….i mean really…a Chinese restaurant without chopsticks and kicker was… the food quality was WAY below average…I’d rate 0 stars.. I am taking my business elsewhere even if it means drive 30 mins.

We ordered the The orange beef, lo mein, fried rice and wonton soup. The orange beef was not beef… it was a doughy cube of something that had zero orange flavor. The lo mein was greasy and some brown sauce on it and my kids said it was gross. Wonton soup was mushy. Worst part the fried rice had hair in it. Each of us had hair in our food. $50 worth of food was not worth it.

Delicious take out. Won ton soup excellent. Good chow mean and moo good gai pan, nice flavor and not over salty. Egg rolls good and tasty. Pleasant service. Will go back.

Food ok but you ask for extra Soy or Duck sauce and you only get the one packet. Service not so good. Buy your own sauce if you are ordering from China One in Branchville. They’ll charge you extra for fortune cookies

Pretty awful. I guess the only reason it stays in business is because it’s the only one around? Chicken and broccoli, which is usually a good gauge of a place, is terrible. What’s going on? I’ve never had bad Chinese food anywhere, and this place is consistently bad.

Typical chinese restaurant feels like one in NYC. Food tastes the same. Not great but not bad either. The ones I went to on NE PA suck. So this one is way better. Chicken & Broccoli was decent. General Tso Cicken was better. Fried Rice is a hit or miss. I’ll go back.
