Customer service is HORRENDOUS. My family and I ordered the boneless rib tips with vegetable fried rice, and instead they gave us all chicken wings. They wanted to charge us an additional fee for the rib tips. The waiters treated us with disrespect and an nasty attitude. Mediocre food, wouldn’t recommend again.

I order from these people faithfully pick up and delivery the food is good don’t get me wrong but the delivery time is ridiculous and when you call to ask about it the order is either a couple blocks away or already sent out because at this point it’s so bad I had to start calling offering to pick up the order I delivered. It’s a continuous thing at this point and all I ask is for honesty if the order is not on the way inform me of that honestly so I can pick up my food! This will be my last time ordering from here and it’s sad it has come to this because I love the food. They have lost a faithful good paying customer for good

Best Chinese takeout place in the area, by far. Quick service and delicious food, especially a great deal on the lunch menu. I love their ribs, orange chicken, and general tsao chicken.

Nothing spectacular, average Chinese takeout/delivery but priced like it’s upscale counterparts in the area. The food used to be much better and I would order once or twice a month but now I think I’d opt for a bowl of cereal over the food here.

Gross gross gross! Vegetable lo mein. Noodles overcooked, very little vegs and vegs listed in menue were not in my order.This was my second order and I wont be back. I always order from Panda King but couldnt get there. This place is a huge dissapointment.Panda King rocks, China Ocean fails.
