This is the best Chinese food in Vero Beach. My mom lives in Port St Lucie which has way more of these types of restaurants than Vero and she comes here for Chinese. They are quick and efficient and the food everyone eats which makes for a quick dinner for the family.

I ordered orange chicken combo on the phone and asked for pork fried rice. When I got there, I realized they had plain fried rice so I asked for that instead and they changed the order instantly for me. On top of that, this is some of the best orange chicken I’ve had in a while!

I ordered an egg roll it was thin , tasteless , no pork and expensive !
I ordered a pork fried rice there was maybe 5 tiny pieces of pork in it ! They think we don’t notice how they RUP off the customers but not me I actually pied it on a dish when I saw no pork on top and counted 5 tint pieces the rest was disguised by carrots such a rip off !!
They forgot my shrimp toast had to go back they made it and there was an inch of oil on the bottom of the bag ! They are stingy with the ingredients they are cheating there customers and I will continue to write bad reviews until they admit they are trying to cheat is on these items !
DO NOT GO TO THIS TAKEOUT UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET CHEATED On YOUR ORDER !I Will never return and the lady that works the register at night is rude and laughed when I had to return to have my oily shrimp toast reorder which was a big mistake du to the oil on bottom of bag ! You won’t be laughing long once your customers read this review and go elsewhere so they don’t get cheated on the proper portions !

I ordered mixed vegetables with garlic sauce and got pork vegetables with garlic sauce SMH ♀️ . First and Last time with this restaurant. Manager Jay said “ they keep the vegetables next to the meat in the refrigerator . So if you are a vegetarian or vegan I would not recommend this restaurant.

China No. 1 is always our preferred Chinese restaurant. Great food, quick service, and reasonable prices! I love their ordering process with the small whiteboards. When you walk in, just look for the last 4 of your phone number on the small whiteboards, tell them the sign number (1,2,3,4 etc), pay and go! Very efficient and never more than a 20 minute wait. We have ordered chinese food from them for years and will definitely remain long-time customers!
