Food was amazing, and lady behind the counter is so sweet. We ordered on Christmas Eve, and they were the only place open which we were grateful for, additionally, since it’s winter and cold out, she brought my food out to my car because she was concerned about the cold. The pork lo mein was delicious, and the general tso chicken was fresh, saucy, and really good! Definitely recommend!

This was my first time ordering from China Moon and will be my last!
I ordered 2 dinner specials, the food was very bland. The teriyaki beef was just beef on a stick with no teriyaki whatsoever, the pork fried rice was just pork and rice, there was no onions or anything else with it, the crab Rangoon had just about no crab only cream cheese and was very tough.. very disappointing. I was also told it would be 30 minutes and it took a little over an hour. I asked for extra duck sauce and was transferred to the manager .. but they never gave extra.

I have ordered from here multiple times. The owner and I had always got along. Well, today was absolutely terrible. I was very upset. I placed an order and she was yelling at me when I questioned her about the order total. It came out to $60.10. I thought that was a bit more than what I thought I should have paid. But I am not sure if they charge a delivery fee or not. But regardless of the total we had to wait over an hour and half before the food was delivered. It has never taken that long. At the most in the past 40 minutes. I called several times asking where my order was. The daughter said they were trying their best to get it to me. By the time I got the food it was in between cold and warm. The food was over cooked, burnt and tasted terrible. The sauces I asked for was suppose to be the same size. I have ordered the same order every time and the last two times the duck sauce is in a much smaller container. She called me to let me know they put the soy sauce in the side of the bag. I spoke to her about how upset I was and what was wrong with the order and all it was I am sorry. Her apology did not seem sincere. Then when I spoke to her daughter twice to find out where my order was she was screaming in the background. Then when the delivery men got here they said she had just called him to have him come in. That is ridiculous. At that time I had already been waiting over an hour. Oh, and the sauce had spilled out of the container and was on everything.

China moon is a family owned and operated business. Every time I have either gone there or have had food delivered i have always had a 5 star experience! The owner and her husband are the only ones who cook and they do an AMAZING job! i have been in there when it is busy and when it is extremely slow. every time they ALWAYS exceed my expectations! steak and cheese egg rolls are really tasty, the Boneless Spare ribs Are the best i have ever had. thank you China Moon:)

Ok i understand a lot of the reviews here but I will say this they served me very good. They made sure that the wings I ordered were perfect. They went above and beyond. That says a lot about a lot of companies and people around these people here care about there customers, I totally agree that sometimes people change or do different things. But this company here definitely puts their customer as their number one they would above and beyond. Please understand people have bad days people have to cut corners but this company here is a five-star rating thank you

Been going here since it opened and I will say that the quality of food to service has fallen greatly. Items missing on delivery to long delivery times and the whole Uber shitshow …. I think they hawk the good tipped deliveries for themselves and pass the low tippped orders to Uber. The whole delivery status that Uber uses is a complete cluster when it come to times. I’m going to be looking for another place that either house delivers or uses Uber the correct way. New management? Bad management? Because I know the owner would not tolerate it.

Very bland food, chicken seemed old and chewy. Worst thing was the beef fried rice (that i paid extra for!). Everything had a plastic taste so I couldn’t eat it. Definitely would NOT recommend.

They were kind and courteous. That was about the only good thing. I mean Chinese food is usually greasy but this was a different level. The egg roll, crab Rangoon and golden fingers were dripping with grease. The general tsos was good, I liked that they used actually hot peppers in the sauce. Unfortunately all I found were pepper seeds not the pepper it self and there wasn’t enough sauce… The portions are more than adequate. I would recommend one of the 2 other Chinese restaurants around here over this one.
