Staff offered a sample, instead of a toothpick they used an uncooked spaghetti noodle. That should have tipped me off. I got two types of chicken which were flat full an well seasoned put partially overcooked resultion in a few bites that were very hard to chew. The vegetables I got were essentially swimming in butter, which I didn’t really mind , but the lo mein was actually just plain spaghetti noodles with little to no seasoning or sauce used. Literally tasted like eating plain spaghetti noodles, and they were undercooked. Service was okay but if I want spaghetti I’ll go over to Carrabba’s. Very disappointing.

First, if you’ve never read any of my reviews then I’ll tell you, I always try to find something positive to say, especially about a family run operation. But the food and service here was just so bad. The “lo mein” was thin spaghetti noodles. The egg rolls were double wrapped to make them look normal size but had the smallest amount of stuffing I’d ever seen in a full size egg roll. Now for the chicken, I prefer thigh meat. It’s higher fat content gives it more flavor and makes it a little harder to overcook. But somehow they managed to cook it rock hard yet still have a huge amount of fat chunks. One of my fave things to have for a sweet treat afterwards is a Chinese donut. Typically fried, fluffy and covered in sugar. The donuts here were flat, hard and bitter tasting. The edges were so burned that you could only eat a small circle in the center about the size of a thumb. The service… I was made to feel nearly invisible but also like I was disturbing their family gathering. They hardly spoke. If I remember correctly, their were 3 people that put my food together and took my money. All together they spoke exactly 4 words to me and none of them were thank you or can I help you or please. Lastly, once I got to my car and looked at the receipt, I almost took my takeout back inside to get my money back. The company should’ve told me that this wasn’t going to edible Chinese takeout. The company name is “THREE AMIGOS” ‼️ Not joking!

They are very rude! They got an attitude because I asked for some of their fresher chicken. They dumped the chicken out and tried to give us the same chicken with an attitude. I told them don’t worry about it and a younger worker started laughing at me. This was my second attempt to give them another chance after being a regular with them. They have lost customers!

I got the #2 Combo, which comes with two (2) types of chicken, and one (1) side. I got spicy chicken and sesame chicken, with noodles and an egg roll. The chicken was alright. I can see why some people made some bad reviews concerning the food quality— about the chicken being mushy. I had maybe a piece or two that was mushy. Otherwise, the food was good, and as far as customer service quality, I have no complaints. Portion size was good. Drink was pretty good also. (I got a Fanta without ice. They didn’t put any ice, just like I requested!)

I will go ahead and say the staff are rather nice though over the years management has changed hands a few times and you can tell if you have been going as long as I have. The food itself is ok, it is not bad but at the same time its not amazing. It is just one of those places you go to when noting really else jumps at you. The honey chicken and spicy (honestly way to many places list things as spicy but are not unless its someone first hint at anything near a normal pepper level of heat) chicken are noting to write home about. Most the time when I finish eating I have no thoughts on the food. It just feels like your eating “something” that fills you up once you are done. I never go home and think “man that was amazing” but still it can get the job done. Also in the last few months the prices have gone up slightly I noticed. The amount they give you I sort of want to say its a ok value but honestly unless you just have money to burn it is not a “just have to” eat there location anymore.

The fried rice tastes like brown rice off the grocery store shelf and the lo mein is simple spaghetti noodles. This was my first time and last.

Their chicken is cheap and for good reason, it tasted old and over cooked. They are temporarily closed now and I hope when they re-open they get their act together and start serving decent food again.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO EAT!!!! I got the teriyaki chicken with noodles and honey chicken. The teriyaki chicken tastes like it had been sitting in the back for a while and tastes like it was cooked in brown gravy. The noodles were not Chinese style noodles. They were the angle hair noodles u get at Walmart. If u want a good place to eat don’t go here.

The nastiest lomein noodles and egg roll I have ever had. They basically had wet spaghetti noodles.
It was terrible.
