Food is not good. Rice is does not have authentic Chinese smoky flavor. Shrimp is mushy.
Chow mein was absolutely disgusting.
Salt and pepper wings were not crispy and the vegetables lacked flavor.
Orange chicken is horrendous!!!
Spring rolls are soft inside and absolutely disgusting!!!!

I’ve been to the original China Mama and the experience and food was 10/10. Me and a friend happened to drive by China Mama Express while doing some work and decided to try it out. It says “Express” but the food is definitely gourmet and exactly what I remember from their full restaurant. We will be back for sure! 10/10 again!

Ordered 4x Crab Rangoons, and Honey Walnut Shrimp. It came with a side of white rice. Containers were neat. ONLY received 2 sauces for my crab ragoons when I should have received 4. The sauce cups are the 1.5-2oz sauce cup and definitely wasn’t enough for a total of 16 crab ragoons. Next time I will ask for more. Picture on the menu looks different than what’s made/given. Looks like they JUST received an A rating and the flavors match with ambiance and hospitality!

Well I did not get my food. I placed an order through their app and I never went through, but my card was charged. There is no manager on site, he has to call you back. Then he makes it clear he is gone for the day and will help you tomorrow. No money or food, I spent my last 20. This his horrible and no one cares. I can dispute with the back but doesn’t fix me being hungry and it will take me 2 weeks to get that 20 back. Very good on China mama. I mother should never do that to their children……

Ordering in the website worked fabulously. We came in for Christmas dinner takeout. There was a two hour wait for phone orders. There were about 50 people in the lobby waiting for orders. The app texted us when our food would be ready and then it texted us when the food actually was ready for pick up. I went right in and out. Perfection. I felt like the grinch stealing the roast beast.
Best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time. Favorites were stir fried beef with rice noodles, green onion pancakes, General Tso’s chicken and shrimp honey walnut.
I was so impressed with the staff (front and back of the house) for holding it together on such a crazy busy shift.

This is my first time ordering takeout from my mom’s house. I ordered boiled fish, and I felt it wasn’t spicy enough. But I think it’s better than boiled fish in many other stores. Especially today, the two waiters were very nice. I asked for a little more, but they both tried their best to meet our needs. I will come again next time!
