I have been getting take out from here for a year now. I made an order yesterday for pick up. To have a special dinner in and I had called to make them aware. That some of the food I had ordered. Didn’t taste well. I spent $40 and which that included the tip. I ordered (2) orders of general tos chicken an egg roll and crab Rangoons. I took a couple bites of my food and then went to the crab rangoons and they tasted awful! So I thought it would be kind of me to call and just let the know. I wasn’t rude and was just trying to do what I thought was the right thing to do. They were very defensive, didn’t offer a refund and didn’t even bother to apologize. So I threw my entire meal and Rangoon’s to the trash. Well my friend woke up this morning not feeling good and by the evening time. Was puking! Definitely not what we had planned for his three days off at home. I guess I will have to find me a different Chinese take out place now.

i usually get Wok House, but was gonna give china lee a try since it had similar reviews. ive lived in a couple different states and ordered a ton of takeout and you can always get a soup instead of an eggroll. most people dont like eggrolls so instead a always be an alternative.. a couple places that didnt do soups did a can of coke or something. anything to make the customer happy! Nope. not here. first time in 19 years. canceled the order. ridiculous. customer service skills of a wall. even if you didnt do a soup, offer something at least the first time to entice people to try the food and come back. sad. very sad china lee. Go Wok House!!!!❤️

Came in to pickup a DoorDash order and place is looking absolutely disgusting. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Trash sitting on the table when you first walk in, mold growing on the floor where the fish tank is, grime film on the fridge door, not to mention the lady was rude as soon as I walked in told me the order wasn’t ready and to sit down for 5 more minutes and then proceeded to stare me down the entire time I sat there. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like. I would never eat here or recommend anyone to if they value their health

The lunch special is cheap. I had the kung pao chicken. It wasn’t spicy, the chicken tasted sour like it was undercooked. Won’t ever come back to this place again. Thank God I have a strong stomach and immune system.

The lady is so rude told me to go to Winn Dixie because I needed to take a pee after spending 53 dollars on some food and while taking my order she was so rude like my money wasn’t no good or something because I’m white with gold teeth. I wouldn’t spend another dollar with these people. The food wasn’t bad but wasn’t great but the customer service sucked period! They leave the door open if u did decide to eat inside it’s like eating outside. She has no respect and is judgmental. If she isn’t the owner she needs to be fired or put into the kitchen!
