I asked for extra soy sauce and was charged 55¢ for 10 soy sauces. When I received my order I asked if my soy sauce was in the bag she said yes. I got home and recieved 12 packets of sweet and sour sauce and 2 soy sauces. If you gonna be so uptight and change people per soy sauce packet how about you make sure you give them what they payed for. Oh and I wouldn’t have even written this review had you guys just picked up the phone.

I ordered satay chicken lunch… then shocked when it came out like that, she said the lunch special for satay = teriyaki sauce. Girl… It is different. Have you traveled to Southeast Asian countries before? I ordered that so I can eat it really fast. Asked them to revise the menu. The boba brown sugar tea also not good, tastes like water… Fried rice & egg roll (which I asked to be crab rangoon) are okay, not that good. All is $16 without the tip. I love the complimentary shrimp cracker. Restroom is clean. But, sorry it is not a good chinese restaurant. And, again… THAT IS NOT CHICKEN SATAY. Sorry. Actually I was okay for it not to be the SATAY that I thought it was cause I asked her that is in a skewer right? And she said ehem, I thought she probably didn’t hear what I asked. But, she keeps insisting that it is THE SATAY SAUCE. I was like……….. just Google it. There is only peanut sauce or sweet soybean sauce for SATAY SAUCE, darling.

The food is normally pretty good. I’ve been coming for years, but today was not good. I ordered a large rib and the meat was VERY TOUGH. I ordered the crab fried rice and the crab meat was very mushy. My order came with free crabragoon which was dark brown which looked like it was cooked too long.

Just in the area… not from here. I don’t know what people are used to from here but this is not good Chinese! The dumplings(potstickers) were so DOUGHY LIKE WHY IS THERE MORE DOUGH than actual meat! I ate out the meat and left the rest understand I paid so I will eat what is actually decent! Pay by card on the phone which I don’t like doing but required for card payment! The sauces given in these little cups for these BIG potstickers are ridiculous!! The bourbon chicken is a decent portion but not for the price! If it’s dinner should not look like lunch! Maybe I ordered the wrong things at this point! The bourbon chicken was decent but I may never order from here again! The size and sauces weren’t good enough! The locals are keeping this in business for sure they don’t know great Chinese! Good luck though

I’ve been ordering here faithfully for the last few weeks with no problem. Same order, same way. Today, after my normal 30 minute drive home, I settle in and the order is not correct!
I had doubt when I walked in and placed my order with RUDE lady at the desk. She’s condescending and dismissive to everyone that walks in. I should’ve known better, but I “assumed” (yes, I know) the order would be ok.
A “mild” dish, in my previous orders deems ZERO/LITTLE spice. When I mentioned this to her, after I got home and discovered my order was wrong, she LAUGHED and said I’ve never heard of “mild” as being “no spice”.
I will continue to order my food, in person, but NOT with the rude woman that I now know by face!!

I like the food. I love the cute containers it came in. Sweet sour sauce was really good. Crab Rangoon was the best. Love that they actually gave me the shrimp fried rice like I asked. Most places won’t listen.

I have come here before and service and food is increasing getting worse. Very poor customer service, I walked and said hello and the woman at the desk did not speak to me even after I asked how she was, just nodded her chin at me to order. I ordered a small beef and green bean, and order of crab rangoons. The order was $20. The rangoons were large, overstuffed with cream cheese and absolutely no meat in them. There was so much cream cheese that the center was cold despite them being fried. There were 4 slices of beef in my otherwise onion and green bean packed dish. I have worked food service and often give the benefit of doubt, however do NOT waste your money here.
