Im just saying i dont expect a message or anything inteturn but we come here usually once a week and let me tell you tonight was our WORST experience ever cold food, containers half full of juice, orange beef dont taste kike orange anything, crab ragoon dry barely and filling. This is our last time for a while we are very disappointed we spend usually 50 to 60 each order tonight was less cause it was only 3 of us not 4 but its ridiculous! And the delivery driver parked half way in our grass our driveway is plenty big enough very un professional tonight

Save your time and money and order from another place. My favorite chinese place was closed for the day so I ordered from here. This was my second time ordering from this place and it was just as bad as my first. The first time I ordered from here the food tasted and smelled expired. Their rolls were soggy and cabbage on the inside was disgusting. My second time I ordered noodles and it tasted like they dumped the entire container of salt into it. My fried rice has huge bits or raw onion and the meat was hard to chew.

This is the most disgusting Chinese food I’ve ever had they will straight up tell you they don’t season the food but it’s worse than that. How does my friend chicken feel like rubber and taste like they didn’t even add salt to the flour. Same feeling and taste with the chicken fingers I’ve thrown bout more than five packets of soy sauce on the rice to try and have flavor. If you think you’ll get the wonton soup and it’ll be any better it won’t. I would give this place zero stars! How it’s still open is mind blowing. when as an establishment making food for people you should be cooking with love and purpose. If you didn’t know what that purpose was it’s giving people the satisfaction of being able to eat good food and relax with family. you need to shut down and stop taking people money in exchange for horrible food my dog doesn’t deserve to eat food like what u provide. Beyond disappointing guess the raccoon outside will be eating good if it’s up to their standards but they might leave it for any other wild animal that has a death wish. No other choice but to feed the wild animals because you can’t be issued a refund without wasting your gas to go back to the place.

Biggest complaint is that there is something ALWAYS missing from my order… a whole meal, lg lo mein noodles one time and the past 4x I went i didn’t get my eggs rolls or some were missing (counting tonight)… Just went there checked bag and had 1 out of 3 eggs rolls. They acted surprised and said they were sorry they were out of them.. I said Okayy? Well then i need my money back or something! They replied they could give me a “veggie egg roll or soup” while I had paid $50 and more the times before!! For that price it is not worth it AT ALL!!! The food quality and quantity has got so bad. They customer service is the WORST! They didnt care.. we’re basically like sorry about ya.. like I said it isn’t worth the cost at all. Just got get a nice steak dinner instead!

Our food was awful. The rangoons and egg rolls weren’t cooked and were just full of grease. The egg rolls only had cabbage in them,
despite our order being for 2 shrimp and 2 pork. Our general tso’s chicken had NO sauce. Our soups were both bland and neither had the correct ingredients. The only reason we will go back to this restaurant is to get our refund.

If I could I would give them a -0 all the food I order had no flavor dried out and like all of it was bought at a grocery store heated up and served so if you want good food go to first wok it’s fresh not old and dried out and flavorless

We order often and usually get it in the same time frame each time. This time was a slightly longer delivery time, but I give grace when its justified. Jamie (they said that was close enough so I know I spelled it wrong) was so polite and called to let me know she was stopped at the notorious train crossing.
Our food arrived shortly after, warm a tasty!

I’m so displeased with China kitchen, I’ve been a regular for almost 3 years now and I was excited to for a while the food was really good reminded me of the food back home in NYC. last few months has been horrible my order is always wrong, and now it’s taste bland I ordered a pork fried rice and that was all the pork that came in the rice as you see it looks like scrap meat and barely any rice has no taste and there was two piece of onion one piece of scallion rice had no flavor it was just ugh and upsetting and waste of my money and time, egg drop soup was cold no taste and the pork Bbq rib tip was decent enough to eat don’t think I will be going back to this restaurant anymore highly disappointed, don’t want your time or money
